Jarrett is a very personable instructor who is very clear on instructions and corrections that need to be made during each session. The progress I have achieved over the past 6 months at MOVE is visible, and Jarrett curates the workouts to help achieve specific goals (i.e. weight loss, building of muscle etc.). Jarrett is extremely versatile as a trainer, he can and has adapted workouts on the fly when needed. Michele and Jarrett make scheduling and changing workouts very easy, and its a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend MOVE, and cannot say enough about the experience I have had there.

I joined M.O.V.E. fitness about 6 months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Jarrett has been a fantastic and supportive coach throughout my training. Not only have I seen the physical changes in my body, but it is incredible to see how much stronger I've become and the progress I've made during my sessions. Jarrett and Michele are a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I've been going to this gym for over six years. Jarrett, the owner and one of the trainers, is an expert in functional training. He's helped me build my core and strength so I can continue with my skiing, tennis, and running. I couldn't have done all these activities without injuries due to his training. I've also had my teenage son train here and it's helped his soccer and taught him the proper way to strength train. I highly recommend this gym!!!

I am 57 and I have been working with Jarett Hahn for over 5 years. His approach has been consistently professional and results driven. I have seen my conditioning improve dramatically. I have drawn on his knowledge of fitness, mobility and nutrition to maintain my energy and stamina. The M.O.V.E. Fitness location is spotless and loaded with functional equipment. No gimmicks here, just results. I highly recommend Jarett's individual attention to detail to anyone of any age looking to stay healthy and well.

I couldn’t be more happy with MOVE Fitness. Over the last 10 Months I’ve seen great progress in strength and overall fitness. This is a result of both the private and small group sessions. Jarrett takes the time to build programs that work best and drive me towards my fitness goals. He is a true professional when it comes to health and wellness.Additionally, they are flexible with scheduling.

As a Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience , I am very particular with who I use and recommend for personal training. Jarrett is top notch. He has the knowledge of health , training, and functional movement that I fully trust for having him as my personal trainer, and patients I refer to him whether it be a triathlete, high school athlete, older and/or injured client.

I cannot express how happy I am with the experience I have had at MOVE NJ Fitness and Performance over the past year. Being someone with limited mobility and strength in my left hand, Jarrett has helped me grow stronger by modifying workouts to fit my needs and encouraging me to push myself when I didn't know I could or was afraid to try! Each session I feel like I truly learn something new. I have worked with many personal trainers over the years and I must say not only is the quality unmatched but the attention to form and each person as an individual is truly special. This place is a NJ gem and I will not be stopping anytime soon :)

I've been training with Jarrett for 5 years and don't plan on stopping. M.O.V.E provides everything I need to continue to compete as an athlete and prevent injury from ending my season. Regardless of your ability level, your goals or your experience, Jarrett will build a program for you.There is a strong focus on mobility (which I needed desperately when I started) and proper form, ensuring that you get strong while staying healthy. Scheduling is easy and Michele is incredibly responsive to any questions or conflicts you may have for your session.My goals vary from year to year however, training with Jarrett provides me with the strong foundation so that I can be bullet-proof throughout the cycling race season and through the ski season.

I can’t recommend this gym enthusiastically enough.The gym itself is well equipped, well managed and well kept.I have worked with Jarrett for almost 10 years both virtually and in the gym in person. He is thorough, careful, very knowledgeable and experienced.The sessions are individually designed and varied enough to be challenging and interesting.I have had a few injuries ( not training related) over the years and he is very careful to modify my program to accommodate my healing.The BEST!!!

MOVE is an excellent, clean training facility in a great location. Jarrett is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have met. He treats no 2 clients alike, Jarrett tailors every plan to your individual goals, body limitations, fitness level, needs and lifestyle. He will create a program just for you to meet your fitness and nutrition goals. He is continually focused on form to prevent injuries. He is always learning and keeping up with his many certifications. Overall incredible experience with Jarrett and Michele.
