Did a trial day - gym was OK. Had nice views of the city. Very basic gym, had everything you need but certainly was far from an Equinox. Inquired about a Month to Month membership. They wanted an enrollment fee and 2 months paid upfront. Almost $400 for 2 months total. That price will get you a year or 2 at Retro, NYSC and Planet Fitness - all of which are better maintained.

Great gym for the cost. Never overly crowded, good amenities, and upper management cares about the place. You’ll often see one of the owners there doing the maintenance himself. I workout regularly and this gym provides everything I need from an equipment standpoint. Early mornings are perfect for an hour session.

I have been working out at different gyms my entire life and recently moved to jersey city and signed up with sky club. Their customer service is great, and I’m always greeted with a smile and asked how my day has been every time I walk in. When signing up the contract options were fair and transparent from the start. Zero hidden fees or confusions about pricing, or what was offered in each contract as far as the equipment they have available, from classes, the pool, or training programs. Maria is the sales coordinator at sky club and she will give you a brief overview of the contracts and what to expect. Ask to speak with her when you walk in or call for a membership. The weight room itself always has more than enough space to find the lift you’re looking for which makes working out at sky club quick and easy. I recommend this gym 10/10. Big thanks to Sky Club!

Kids Swim program review!- Unorganized and so unprofessional1) The first day of the class: An instructor said that me and my little one (less than 2years) were the only one signed up and we were asked to wait for update for future class schedule, since the class might be cancelled. The class ended up cancelled and we were moved to different time spot, WITHOUT being asked our schedule.2) To make up, we were told to come over on certain day and joined for make up class. The class was started in the pool and later another toddler joined and the instructor told us to leave and come back next timebecause they are private lesson member.Even the instructor laughed and didn’t take it seriously. How would you feel.?If you and your little one (less than 2years) are in the pool, the class was already started and after 15mins you were kicked out.If you would like to experience the DISCRIMINATION, please go signing up.If I could, I would give 0 star.I won’t ever go back.Only think I liked is that staffs at the front desk were always nice.

Cancelled my membership in December and have been charged monthly ever since (now 3 months going). I have tried to call at least a dozen times to get in touch with someone who can refund my money, but I get the runaround every time. "Oh he's not in today", "oh I'm not sure when he will be in". I don't understand how a business runs like this. I will report to the better business bureau if I do not get a response in the next 24 hours.

Unlike some older reports, I haven’t had any issues with the staff. On the contrary I’ve always found them to be very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities aren’t really up to par. The bathrooms and showers aren’t very clean and some of the equipment isn’t well maintained. No one enforces the policy to rack weights and usually plates are just lying around. The sauna has been under construction for months and they don’t have a snack bar, which is outrageous.Overall, this gym has a lot of potential if they did what it takes to make it better.

One of the worst experience I have had with this club. The place is not that clean, sauna is dressing room is always off. Little do you know when you froze account they still charge you money. When you want to cancel agreement they give you bunch of bs and charge you a lot as well. So happy to be done with that place

My daughter is taking swimming lessons at the gym, the pool instructor Frank is very nice, however, most of the staff is very rude. Like a previous person mentioned in his review, manager starts yelling at the customer. Manager Cynthia is rude and has no concept of customer service unfortunately. Once these sessions are over, am never going back to this place again.

Terrible customer service and the machines are constantly under disrepair. They constantly run out of towels which are needed because the air conditioning doesn't work well in the studio. Its a shame the gym is so poorly run since it is a great space and have great group instructors (even though they treat them so poorly most have left the gym or are only teaching there part time). This place is way too expensive for what you get and the way you are treated.

If you enjoy broken equipment and a closed pool join this gym. The management staff does no preventive maintenance what so ever and when something is broken it takes at least a week to fix. One treadmill has been broken for 2 months now! The pool is constantly closed for repairs and the pool manager is as rude as they come. All the money you pay goes to sticking free trial passes on car windshields and promoting kids. A waste of money.
