I left out one star because it get very busy in the evening, although I expected that due to $10/month rate. This place is very clean, very well organized and managed, and with kind staff. Overall, I like it very much. PS I go to gym almost 5 times a week.

I like the Upland location for the hours and cleanliness. I would love to be able to do free bars to exercise but it doesn't many. Some of my friends and it should provide heavier bar weights. Also, it does have a variety of machines. I like is usually never packed.

Mr. Joseph Lane DID go in person to cancel his membership! Did you not read his complete story?! He called they said need to go in person...so he did...and was never cancelled...so he called AGAIN and the woman said you can do it over the phone...and, AGAIN not cancelled! I believe you owe him a HUGE apology

Changing hours on Feb 13, 2023 to 5am-11pm while still promoting 24/5 M-Thurs. That's some false advertising there, sad that hours have to change and my preference is gym as well. The black card only gets you 10 uses for other gym and they try to push you down to 4th Street. Just another added drive time and inconvenience so unexpected, paying for 2 membership which I will cancel. Thanks a bunch PF for ruining this one too.

I’m a new member of planet fitness. When I joined the membership (black card) I was told that I can use the massage chairs for 10 minutes each time. And I was given 10 minutes for the first time. However, a week later, I went to this gym again and was told only 5 minutes allowed. It’s not a big difference for me to have 5 minutes less but this is just not right to me. I will just transfer my membership to another planet fitness as soon as I can.
