It was my first visit. Ask for staffs assistance. He said give him a moment. Never came or sent anyone! I was there 1.5 hours.

Nice quiet respectable place to work out. I love the massage chairs. And the people do sanitized when they get off the equipment

It started with them not letting me in even though I’m a member. Then their poor customer service escalated it to calling the police. Then I tried to quit and they won’t let me and they called the police again. No manager will talk to you so it’s just a bunch of teenagers on power trips.

How are you gonna immediately start charging people as soon as you open? COVID shut you guys down and no one could use your services, doesn’t that null the contract? Should really ask if a client wants to return before charging fully.

The staff is really nice and well mannered. They are professional and always make sure others adhere to the rules. This Planet Fitness is my favorite one in the area.

Horrible customer service . The manager Andre is not professional, very argumentative, was not understanding to my situation. They charged my card for services they did not provide during the pandemic. He continued to talk over me , and hung up on my face. Was not willing to provide a refund , and was very hesitant to giving his name. I do not recommend this facility.
