The staff here don’t make a member feel welcome. Rather than to come on the floor to clean the gym or stock the cleaning supplies they confront ppl for a face covering coming off just to wipe off sweat or barely not covering the nose. This is for someone who has been vaccinated. I guess this planet fitness location knows more than the CDC?

Doesn't have squat racks and the Smith machines don't really hit the same, but the gym gets the job done, especially for novices that are looking to get in shape. Pretty low-key spot for people that want to get a workout done without other dudes trying to prove something

This place is a joke. There is a fresh new sign up this morning right by the front door that people need to have masks on. Yet there were countless people there walking right in the front door with no mask on. People working out with no mask on while employees are standing right next to them and interacting with them. I literally saw an employee cleaning a treadmill right next to a person on a treadmill with no mask on. The employee said nothing. Either hire people who are going to enforce the rules or shut down. This is insane. THERE IS A PANDEMIC HAPPENING

Bathrooms looked clean and nice but there was no hot water or even warm water. Left the shower running for 15 minutes and the water didn’t budge from freezing. Notified the front desk she slightly glanced up from her phone and said “OK” .. then back down. A perfect follow up to her unprofessional greeting “you got your vaccination card!”
