Long time member of 24 hour fitness, they are most definitely going downhill, all of them. Must be a reason they filed for bankruptcy during the pandemic. This facility was nice at first, just like all of them usually are when built. It is slowly degrading, maintenance is barely holding up with duties. Half of the treadmill belts are broken or on its way, other Cardio equipment is right behind. They of course took away towel service, which I don't get. The front staff is pretty rude, and don't really care about anything. I forgot a mask and they don't have any, which is odd cuz I pay a premium level to come to this gym but they don't offer any premium services let alone a dollar mask for when I forget mine? Rediculous. For some reason they shut off the water too which is weird, I don't know why they don't install touchless water systems at this point with the amount of money they get being a premium club and not offering any premium amenities. Don't get me started on the locker room...Anyways I don't review stuff ever, so hopefully this gives you some inside of this place. Once the new LA fitness opens up off pierpont I am for sure dropping 24 hour and moving.

I’ve been a member at 24 hour fitness for about 13 years. This is my first time visit in this facility. I walked in and the staff was pretty cordial. I wouldn’t say they were overly friendly or went out of their way on anything, but that’s kind of what I expect. Coming into the gym for the first time is always difficult. The guy who I talk to on the phone prior to my arrival is super great. The facility is super clean I have to say that. Everything looks brand new. I didn’t check out the pool but I wish I would’ve. I primarily went upstairs and use the exercise equipment up there. The bikes were appropriately spaced out. You can tell that they have less weight than I normally do. They have a lot of great machines and equipment in the spot.

Sounds like this location is going to close soon. They are closing programs and reducing hours. I’m hesitant to make a year long commitment.

This is an excellent facility, with all of the equipment one might want. Upon reopening after the Covid lockdown, they require everyone to wear a mask, require equipment disinfection before and after use, and after every hour of use, they close for 30 minutes and disinfect the entire facility. They have also reserved the 2-3 pm hour for seniors and those at higher risk from Covid infection.
