I’ve been with the vent for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that it has one of the best gym communities in this area! The coaches are all friendly/motivating and the gym members are great! Definitely come check out the vent

Great coaches. Great community. Great gym. When I started, I was skeptical that I would ever do many of the movements and activities of the workouts. I figured my body was permanently limited after 25 years of back and leg injuries. But in less than a year, the coaches helped me to build strength and improve mobility, and I can actually do most of the movements I was skeptical of, I have way less everyday pain, and most importantly, I can do activities with family and friends and not worry about hurting myself.

I love this gym! Come for the Crossfit - Stay for the Mobility!!! What's different about this gym is the community and the coaches. They connect with the members and really understand how to coach vs. bark orders. They build in mobility exercises before and after each class. They offer 'wrap around' fitness services like nutritional guidance, body fat % testing (3rd party), running coaching or other specific skill based training 1-on-1. I also have made a bunch of friends here through classes or parties and events that they host. People tend to stay here and I will too.

What I like about the Vent, is that the instructors will show patience with instructing. They will actually work with you on working properly on technique and performance. I've been with Bree and the Vent over seven years. I'm 72 years old and feel great.

I have never had a gym membership before starting at The Vent...I wish I would have started coming here sooner. The coaches and clients are amazing.

I never went to the gym regularly before my time at The Vent, so I was intimidated to say the least. 4 months in and I couldn't have made a better choice. Great coaches, great community, and welcoming to all skill levels. Already seeing progress and excited for what's to come! If you're thinking about it, I would highly recommend The Vent to anyone in the Ventura area

I love The Vent because the coaches are so wonderful and the community is very welcoming. The coaches do a really great job of teaching and instructing while also giving you space to prioritize your own goals and needs. They also provide many opportunities for you to examine your strengths and weaknesses and will always be considerate about accommodations and modifications. If you are looking for a space that is both competitive and compassionate, this is the place for you.
