Absolutely Phenomenal environment & people at this gym. My experience so far for the past few months has been amazing. I’m so grateful to have been recommended & followed through on joining. This is a great place, with great coaches, & great leadership, to bring those dreams to reality. In fitness or life!

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first about training in a CrossFit Gym. All I ever heard about and saw was how often people get injured and how CrossFit was not technique oriented, and how it resulted in injury.I was wrong. After stepping in and trying a class at Persistence Culture CrossFit, my mind was changed. I am now about 1 year in and I am loving it. I have a background in Rock Climbing, and Russian Kettlebells, about 8+ years in RKC/Strong first method. When my trainer and friend moved, I needed something to get fit again. At Persistence Culture, the owners, the trainers, and the people, are all top notch. They all participate in classes and are all super strong and fit. Each class has amazing warmups, explanation of the class to come and great programming to leave me exhausted but not overworked. They even have a fun, but challenging Peaches class, geared towards Women it might seem, but just as challenging as any other workout I have ever done.Whether you are a novice to working out, or an athlete, there is a class/program for each level of fitness. I urge you to try just one class. If you were looking for a good workout, one class is all you need. You will see it was worth the trip out.The gym offers fantastic pricing as well. If you think it's too much, ask yourself, what is my health worth? Can I skip out on a lunch or dinner out and cook a homemade meal instead? Can I skip out on that pricy cup of coffee a few times a week and grab a cup of coffee at home? Can I cancel that gym membership to that commercial Gym that I never even go to?For me, so far, it's been 100% worth it. It might be for you as well. Swing by for a class, meet some amazing people, and get a great workout. If you go in as a result of this post let them know!

I honestly didn't think I'd like going to a gym, but here gushing about a gym. I used to dread the gym - languishing on a Cardio machine or with a personal trainer for half an hour a few times a week and not really seeing much progress. I tried another crossfit gym for a year, without really seeing much progress there either. 2 years ago I came across persistence culture and it was a gamechanger . Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming (which has not always been my experience at other fitness centers). The coaches are knowledgeable and willing to help you modify exercises to accommodate your range of fitness or to account for any injuries. Everyone there wants you to do the best you can do, and help you improve along the way. The welcoming vibe is great for anyone that's nervous about jumping into crossfit, but also challenging enough to be a great workout for a hard-core crossfitter.

The equipment is clean, the gyms open-air style which keeps it well ventilated. The trainers are AMAZING in their knowledge and encouragement and feedback. I feel like the community at PC is like an extended family more than gym- acquaintances. The workouts are ALWAYS challenging and fun!!

This isn't a gym, this is a family. The workouts are challenging and the staff and other members will cheer you on the entire time. I highly recommend Olympic lifting, Ray is a life changing coach who will take your lifts and confidence to a new level. I highly recommend coming in and trying out the class.
