Hello! I have been CrossFitting for 7 years now. I was a Royal Pride for years until Covid closed us. I then did the Mavericks thing for a bit, but really wanted to get back to a box. Persistence is now home! I’ve been. Here 3 months now and I love everything about it. The facilities, the coaches, the programming, the push for healthy living. It’s all great! The best thing is the vibe, everyone is there to have a good time and get their sweat on.

Been with Persistence Culture for only a few months now, and I already feel like part of the family. The atmosphere they cultivate makes you feel like everyone belongs and everyone can bring something to the table. If you want to not only get fit, but also do it alongside what feels like family, definitely hit up PC. You won’t regret it!

I joined this gym, having never done CrossFit in my life, and I’m so happy I did. Although CrossFit may seem intimidating at first, the coaches are excellent and do a really great job of helping you master your form, walking you through each step of a movement until you really feel confident in your lifts. They also show you modified versions to help you build the strength to perform a movement correctly. The community spirit is high! I’ve never been one to make exercising a group activity, but having other people cheer you on really helps you complete the workouts when you feel like you have nothing left in the tank. I also love that gym-goers with all levels of ability attend classes so you don’t have to worry about being “the insecure newbie”.If you want to go to a gym that’s more like a family, with coaches that truly look out for your well-being and safety, this is the place to go!

I’ve gone to many CrossFit boxes over the past 10+ years, and am so happy I recently found Persistence Culture. All the coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable, super friendly, and humble in their attitudes. What a great community to get a good workout with!

Good energy, clean, great equipment and VERY welcoming staff. I joined the CrossFit classes and they are well structured and coached. Love that they use an app to share workouts, check ins, etc. They offer several class times to make any schedule work. The open gym times are great for solo workouts too.

I first dropped in at Persistence Culture 2 years ago and was very impressed with the coaching as well as the programming. I am now officially a member and couldn’t be any happier calling Persistence my home gym. Everyone was welcoming , kind, and made you instantly feel like a part of the team. I highly recommend Persistence Culture whether you are just starting out in CrossFit or an OG. Another perk is that you can get fresh meal prepped meals each week by Mel’s eats. If your a busy working mom like me, this is extremely helpful in hitting my fitness goals.

I've been going to this gym for just over a month now and I have to say, I have never been a CrossFit guy before. I was hesitant to join but then I got to meet so many good and wholesome people who attend this gym. That's what got me in. But... I still hesitated telling people that I did crossfit. All of that changed when I took my first few classes and met the coaches! I have been doing sports my whole life so I know I've got a good clue when a good coach is around. They changed my whole perspective on CrossFit. Now I see how the skills/health gained from this gym translates into the rest of my life. The coaches here really set the tone for where this gym will take you in all of your goals. Now I can confidently say, I'm proud to be a part of Persistence culture!!

Where do I begin in trying to write about the best community I’ve come across?! I’ve been at Persistence Culture since right before 2020 (I’m which they lent out much of their equipment to members) and I’ve been here ever since! This culture they’ve created is truly one that continues to grow for the sole reason of creating a place for its members to spend the best hour of their day, and leave feeling accomplished, cared for, and healthier. The amenities aside ( which for a CrossFit gym you’ll find none with as big a selection of equipment as here), the coaches all bring so much to the table in helping you achieve your fitness goals: superb programming, a meal prep and snack service owned and started right here in the gym by an amazing coach in Jewel, and smiling encouragement from the staff AND members alike. Again, for keeping this short, all I can say is this is something you don’t know you’re missing till you’re here!

I absolutely love this gym! I am not a traditional 'crossfit' gal so initially didn't think this gym was for me, but I have been beyond pleasantly surprised. Since Crossfit and lifting was new to me, I decided to invest in a few personal training sessions with Maria, and they have been wonderful! I've been able to spend time learning foundational fitness, things I should have learned years ago, start working with weights for the first time, and I was also working with a few minor injuries and she has curated workouts just for me. Def recommend this gym and all of the wonderful people here!
