I'm disabled so I was not at all happy with the parking. I had to park clear at the other end of the strip mall. There are two gyms right next door to each other and the parking is atrocious. They really need more handicap parking! I was there for a special senior event and thoroughly enjoyed it. I haven't actually worked out here but joined since they have a pool. When I actually use the facilities I'll update my review. Most of the staff here is extremely friendly and I found that an old friend actually works here so that gives me more motivation to try the facility.

Used to absolutely love this gym! They are now super over crowded & always needing repairs. I've never had a problem with bringing in a visitor before however my last two visits have been awful! What's with ALL OF THE NEW RESTRICTIONS??? I pay my bill EVERY MONTH! Yet I'm getting issues with bringing in a visitor to use the 3 free VISITOR PASSES this gym issues out EVERY MONTH. Just had a friend join & this the thanks I get? 👌👌👍headed next door to go work out ✌

Today was my first day at the gym. I signed up for the pool mostly. The pool was not clean at all. This is a big name brand company though so i would expect more from it but my mothers townhouse pool down the hill is cleaner🤔🤔... In shape is the best club bar none in the high desert! They have everything anyone could want. I've been a member for 4 years( joined in 2014 before the grand opening), and have been very satisfied with all of the amenities. And to me, the three most awesome front desk people are Sadie, Mercy, and Felix! They've always been helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable to me and I would like management and corporate office to know how happy and comfortable I am with them.Whenever I arrive and they scan me in or if I have a question or whatever else, they're always professional and have pleasant smiles and ask how I'm doing by my name and I feel they are truly sincere about helping me feel welcome when I go in, to me, that's very important. Thank you for being the best club around and all that you have!

I love my gym. Our Pink Room has everything I need.I've lost 7 lbs total it's not a lot but it's a start.. Staff is GREAT.. Patrick's Zumbas class is HOT..!!!!

Love the hell out of this gym. They have many reasonable membership offers. And they adhere to everyone's gym need. Indoor track, pool&jacuzzi, basketball, tennis, cycling, and so much more. I personally enjoy the shapes room for the women and the ropes.

I like this gym. It has everything I need for a good workout with weights and cardio. I like the large locker room with dressing rooms for privacy and showers stalls.The staff don't seem to be very engaging. I don't like the overbearing sells pitch when you bring a guest in.

I love my gym. There is plenty of equipment so it's been very rare that I've had to wait to use anything. Pool and jacuzzis are well kept, the track is so convenient when it's too cold or too hot to run outside. Also, the steam room and the Sauna are life savers when I get stiff.
