Their equipment is a little outdated compared to Chuze or EOS gym, some of the buttons didn't respond well, but it didn't matter to me it sure got the job done. They also had a good variety of workout classes with good instructors.

Recently joined. Have been impressed with cleanliness, polite and friendly staff, and various classes offered. Suggest maybe someone to help us jump into an ongoing class....felt a bit awkward to follow the 2 classes I attended because I was the only "newbie " n didn't know the rout.

I really am looking forward to returning now that there pool is open. You can only do the lap swim in 1/2 hr increments but that's ok. At least you get to make 3 reservations in 1day. The hard part is sticking to ur reservation. Since the onset of Covid no more just showing up and walking in. If u miss your reservation you must reschedule. I've missed a few reservations and it's ok. There's always tomorrow.

This review is solely based on the customer service of Inshape. I called months ago to cancel my membership (the 800 number the gym provided) and the rep assured me my membership was cancelled. Then I get a charge today and they are refusing to refund it saying there is no record I cancelled. So I want people to beware when you do cancel, make sure you write down who you spoke with because I guess some people don’t know how to do their jobs. I’m sure this happens to many people and Inshape just pockets the money. Horrible customer service!

I go to the gym next door but wanted to try out inshape because they offered childcare and I really want to workout with my wife.. I canceled my previous membership because of covid shutting down the facility but The Gym next door was open still and it was a lifesaver for my time working out. I did miss inshape though because they offer childcare. I just signed back up yesterday and I tried reserving a reservation for tomorrow for my kids but could not add my son. I called the facility and I was told they were only accepting 3 years of age or older. I was upset because when I signed up after confirming the childcare was open. I also signed them up on the site and it was 6 months to 12 for children to sign up for 14.99 for the gym. Why would you accept a child under 3 and charge on the site when you don't have anything to offer? If you are offering childcare, it would be best to let the parents know the limitations you still have in place. I am canceling tomorrow.

I absolutely love InShape Victorville! It’s so clean,the staff is professional,informative and helpful! I’m always greeted warmly and in an welcoming manner. And the bonus that they offer is the Kid Zone so parents like myself can bring our kids and they’ll be in a safe fun place on-site and we can workout without having to worrry about a sitter for our kids. In addition to that the many exercise classes and amenities offered here are awesome! Keep up the excellent job InShape!

This gym has just gotten worse over the years. Honestly the only thing worth coming to this gym is the pool and jacuzzi, which I don't even use. Oh and I guess racquetball, if you're into that. How are they close on a Wednesday around 8:30 p.m. No emails or anything sent out. So now I wasted time and gas. This place needs a lot of help. Also no more basketball gym here, because they don't want no more big crowds at the gym. Just a heads up. It's time to switch gyms. ✌🏾

Tow month ago, I put my complaints on Google and Yelp for this pool closure without notification to its customers. Today it happened again.Again, after jumping into the pool to swim, I was told by a lady the pool was closed. I asked her why you guys didn’t send me a notice for that. It was so frustrated that last time when this happened, I complained it to its headquarters. The customer service person told me that they were sorry for that. She guarantee that never happen again. Now it did happen again. Without notice, when I drove miles there, I was told that the pool was closed. It just wastes our money and time. Both of them are precious to everyone.Again, its website always claims that the club cares about your feeling and wants to make your day better? Now once again, it approves that it does not care about what you feel and only makes your day terrible.The owner of this club always says “thank you” if you put positive reviews on social media; saying “sorry” when you put your frustrations on it. Just saying “sorry” does not solve or change your club’s bad behavior. You have to do something. For example, if you pool closed, the club should 1) disable the amenity reservation. 2) send notifications of the closure to your members so they do not have to drive miles for nothing. Your club sends us junk mails every day, but do not have time to send us notification for pool closure. It is very disrespectful.By the way, I checked it after I was out of the pool. Its reservation of pool use was still available for booking. It is ridiculous! In the club, it is closed. On its website, it is available to make a reservation. It is so irresponsible and disrespectful to its members.I still remember about weeks ago one evening when I drove to the club, there were many angry people crowded at the front door, watching inside through the glass and tried to figure out what happened. People got angry due to its closure without telling people why. At that time it was only around 7 pm.Next day I called in and asked what happened last night. I was told it was outage. Even it was outage, why did you not put a notice on your door telling people “due to its outage, we are closed”.So if you put all these matters together, you may have made a conclusion that this club does not care about you. It is just so disrespectful to its customers. This is still ongoing and may last forever.

The gym is nice and has all the equipment I need to have a great workout experience. I also enjoy being able to take my daughter to the kid zone so I can workout. The staff is friendly and is always willing to help when I have a question.

The staff is awesome. The gym is my therapist in way. I'm not a crazy gym person but I do enjoy lifting weights or walking the indoor track. And I enjoy the sauna and steam rooms to help loosen up.
