Great gym. I mainly go here for the child care. Staff is customer service friendly. Two complaints. Child care is closed sat evenings and all day Sunday. Dumbells only go up to 110lbs. Other than that I really enjoy this gym.

So far it's been a great gym. They could use more ab machines but that's okay they still got everything else. There's a sauna, a pool, and a track and all kinds of stuff. You can usually find discounts on a new membership, I got my start up fee waived with one.The owner also didn't participate in a insurrection and is actually professional. I'd rather give them my money 💁🏽♀️

Very comfortable gym to relax in after work and to get a good workout. I love the friendly non-competitive vibe from the fellow gym members and the staff. Nice air conditioning and upbeat workout music create the perfect workout environment. The spas are relaxing, and so is the hydro-massage table. Many exercise classes to choose from, with engaging instructors. Jocelyn is the very best instructor!

I love being able to go to the gym. It is the perfect date for my husband and I and it feels like normal life during an interesting time. There is nothing better than going to the gym and getting a good workout in. We chose In-Shape for the pool, racquetball courts, and indoor track but have used and enjoy so much more than that. We recently used the fitness room to do our own HIIT workout and that was great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean. There is consistency with standards and service and we really appreciate that.

Hi, I’ve been a member of in shape gym for a few months and I’m very committed to getting more fit. As a man I like to be comfortable during my intense training. I wear shorts that show my thighs to be comfortable I have worn them at the gym all the time. These shorts cover all my private areas. I’ve never had an issue wearing them, and many staff members have seen me and didn’t mind. But today 12/18/21 around 10:00am I was told to change because my shorts were inappropriate. I think he was the manager at that time and he was very respectful and discreet and i very much appreciated that. I asked him about 20 mini later about it and he kindly stated it was a family gym and the shorts were to short. That part I understand but i know you guys have a kid zone so the only people that would see me are the adults working out and like i said my shorts covered all my private areas. When we discussed it I understood and complied I quickly changed into my sweats. I know look back and this is a gym and to get the full experience at maximum comfort I think we should wear what we want with covering our private area.o don’t like feeling like it’s planet fitness. I love this gym so much so I’m giving it 5 stars. I would appreciate if you would allow me to wear the shorts I stated in the beginning. You guys are amazing and your staff as well thank you for your time.

Great staff. large beautiful health club with amazing amenities, swimming, raquet ball, basketball, indoor running track, and group classes for every schedule. Classes start as early as 5:30 AM and go as late as 8:30 PM. Child care 6 days a week.

I go to In-Shape everyday! I’m a very big athlete and I love the gym and they have everything you can ask for in a small community! Pool, Spa, basketball court and good weights I run here and whenever I don’t have water they always give me a cold water. NOW THATS A GOOD GYM. Everyone is always trying to help to. The most family friendly gym around! Excellent childcare with an upstairs walking trach that lets you peek in on your kids without them seeing you. Family swim hours and kids can play basketball too.

Nice gym, classes are great. Noticed that many machines were down and have been that way for while. Usually busy so it is hard to find a place use weight and that is if your lucky enough to find the desire weights.
