Planet Fitness

I move around with work and the majority of time it’s a town that doesn’t have a planet fitness. I paid for 7 months without being near one. I finally was able to have that cancelled. (Had trouble bc I was in a diff state than where I originally signed up at.) I should be in Visalia ca until July and maybe November I won’t know until the last minute. Could I sign up and cancel if I end up in the same situation?

Its is ridiculously hot inside. FRONT DOOR IS OPEN, NO Air circulation at all. Being that it is pandemic, there should be ac going with that many people inside all breathing. It is 65° outside and outside is cooler than inside this Plant Fitness. Totally unprofessional.

Great place to come especially if you're on a budget!!The vides are different from the last time I was here an thats awesome!! Pretty much the whole reason I came back!! Just wish they had some extra machines but other than that it's a cool place!!

No lie!!! This place Rocks in all ways !! Excellent customer service 👏👌👍, clean , social distancing in effect . So easy to just scan phone when get there get your work out on. I have a black card which is well worth the purchase!!! I dont know about anyone else but I tend to push myself and need to just work out my ache muscles 💪! I just head down to PF and use hydro massage bed or massage chair. Even can sign up for classes for free . Scan in equipment so can learn how to use properly!!! The list continues........... LONG STORY SHORT !! IM A MEMBER FOR LIFE !!

Very clean environment. They deliver on their promise of no judgment and the black card perks are the best!! Awesome priced membership.! Try out Planet Fitness for less than half the cost of most other gyms.💖 …

We are new members(2 wks.), but we looked all over and found this the best deal for our needs. The place is really nice, everyone is very friendly, and very reasonable membership costs. Also, I and one of the kids are already seeing results/lost weight!!!

I have absolutely no complaints with planet fitness they keep the place very clean their very professional I've had no problems I don't have people looking over my shoulder watching me or acting like they care what I'm doing it's very judgement-free and I do enjoy it keep it up..

Nice facility good csr will be becoming Black card member $22 a month i believe she quoted me includes guest tanning gym and can be used nationwide. I like the vibe of the place

Gym is alright but staff is young and unprofessional. I had to cancel my membership twice now just to stop them from taking my money. I had no balance due or anything. Just kids not doing their jobs. Don't go here. It's not worth it.

1 reviewa hour agoI went into the Visalia location to cancel my membership and ? whom "helped" me was very rude. I was charged for this months payment the day i canceled and asked if i could get refunded and he shook his head and stated NO! and that the company doesn't refund for any circumstance, which I thought was odd. I had asked then since I paid for the month iI also I will get charged an annual fee of $40 in a few days so i asked if i could get that refunded since they're charging me for the past 4 months. He stated again stated "NO". This is not right, charging me for a membership that I cancelled back in September that I'm not even using. I then asked if they refund atlas like a "prorated" refund? he once again stated "NO". I then stated I didn't think that was right because the right thing to do is to refund folk their money back especially since you I don’t care for this gym at all.He then stated that "the owners are millionaires they don't care"I'm not one to argue or write reviews in fact this is my first time I've ever written a review.
