Try an introductory class with Nadya! You won’t regret it. She is so knowledgeable about form, technique and structure. It’s impossible to get Pilates right in a large group setting.

I discovered Power Pilates in 2020 and have never looked back. It's the first workout that has truly stuck and I actually look forward to attending. I leave every class feeling stronger and accomplished. Nadya and her reformers have completely transformed my body.

I love the reformer Pilates class and Stacy is an amazing teacher. She is knowledgeable, patient and recognizes that her clients have different needs so she is able to make the class work for that person. My flexibility and balance are so much better and I feel great afterwards. I highly recommend it!

An amazing workout no matter what your level is. Pilates is a great workout to add tone, strength and flexibility. What makes it even better is doing it with an instructor as knowledgeable a Nadya!

I love Power Pilates! It has made me feel so much better- back pain and muscle stiffness is gone. It’s a great work out, fun and really enjoyable. Always something different. Both Nadya and Stacey are wonderful instructors. They are very careful to ensure you do not hurt yourself or overdue it, but also that you get the most of your workout. I can’t recommend it enough!

Nadya is an amazing pilates instructor! This is my first experience doing Pilates and after one group lesson, I bought individual and group packages. Try it! She's wonderful!

After over 40 years of on and off workouts, I have found Pilates (via Power Pilates) to be the best workout I have ever experienced. I have finally found the best work-out; building my core muscles, improving my posture, balance, and stability. My lifelong lower back, shoulder, and neck problems have all but vanished, which I attribute to Power Pilates. A good example happened last Sunday. I spent over 4 hours taking down Christmas decorations inside and outside and hauling 8 heavy tubs and the tree up the stairs of the attic on my own. Before Pilates, my back would have been sore for three days, but how, no problem at all. After two years of workouts, twice a week, I feel stable and balanced, and in the best shape I have ever been.I recommend Nadya and Power Pilates very highly!

Absolutely the best Pilates classes I’ve ever taken. Stacey and Nadya are both incredibly knowledgable and wonderful instructors. I am more in tune with more body awareness than I ever have been! I leave every class shaking and feeling better than when I walked in.

From shoulders to toes, a fabulous work out!No more Sciatica, no more osteopenia or aches and pains. Instead, at 62, am in the best physical condition of my life.Nadya is exceptional! She gently instructs and insures proper form, assisting as needed. Class is structured while fun! She is extremely knowledgeable and her desire to teach and help others is obvious.Consistency under her direction has lead to a stronger, toned body and great sleep.Pilates has proven to be an excellent exercise for me. Passive enough to maintain while challenging enough to change my physique. Thankful for this program and instructor.
