TBCF is the best gym around. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaching is top notch. Starting my CrossFit journey with TBCF was the best thing I did for my mental and physical health!

I joined TBCF about 5 weeks ago and now I cannot imagine life without it! The wholistic approach from the coaches not only promotes physical health, but mental health as well. While CrossFit can sound scary, if you’re just willing to show up, do your best, and eat right outside of the gym you will start seeing results. The coaches are very trained at what they do and TBCF utilizes the level method which allows members to do what they feel they are capable and prevent injury. Just one hour a day of intense can add years to your life, so why not make it fun with the community of TBCF! Would definitely recommend to anyone of all ages 🏋🏽♀️ 💕✨💯

I started at Twin Bridges CrossFit January of 2023! I was so nervous at first, but Ed and everyone there was so welcoming.Ed and the other coaches always push us to be our best and strongest. I couldn’t have asked to a better gym to go to!

I joined TBCF in January of 2023, I had no idea what to expect and I was so nervous! Looking back now joining TBCF was the best thing I could’ve done for both my mental and physical health. I look forward to coming every morning and working out with the friends I’ve made. I have never left the gym feeling like I shouldn’t have came that day. Edward and Melinda are so encouraging and make you feel confident and comfortable. I’ve pushed myself harder than I ever have before, I’m stronger and more confident than I was just a few months ago. TBCF has changed my life, I know that no other gym in Waco compares to the attention and energy you get out of your coaches here!

First time Crossfitter and I couldn’t have chosen a better home. Twin Bridges CrossFit is home. Thanks to Ed and the super knowledgeable coaches I’ve gained some confidence to get into a gym. The Level Method makes it easy to personalize the workouts individually,l. I’ve learned to focus on my personal growth all while feeling so encouraged by the other members. Thank you to everyone at TBCF for taking me in and challenging me every day! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have really enjoyed Twin Bridges CrossFit! I have liked how the workouts challenge me and in the long run help me. The coaches are also all amazing. They are patient, encouraging, and really teach you how the lifts are performed, ensuring there are no injuries! This place also has awesome members who are open and encouraging. I’ve made several friends there. In summary, I never thought I would be a CrossFit person, but I have noticed so many positive changes in my life that I attribute to being a member at Twin Bridges!

I love this gym. I would definitely recommend it. Initially I was concerned with my lack of experience with CrossFit and lifting weights but all of the instructors are very knowledgeable. They fully explain the proper way to do each movement and have helped me keep proper form throughout the workout.

Been a member since Jan 2023. The workouts are designed with a full warmup of all muscles and movements to be used during the workout and all the coaches have been very good at monitoring and making corrections to the athlete's form and movements to ensure an injury-free workout. The workouts are designed to be challenging no matter what level and part of the mindset for the athlete is to assess your performance against yourself and not the person next to you. Be consistent and be patient...improvements will come in time!

Twin Bridges Crossfit is a fabulous gym for several reasons. You receive top notch coaching. The coaches watch your form and want you to exercise without injuring yourself. The gym is immaculate and there is always enough equipment for each participant. The community of like minded people is welcoming and I just love it here!
