Neat place to go work out, and I can feel the fat going away and the blood flowing at the time of this writing. Cool and comfy environment when pumpin lead or stompin rubber. The front staff is very helpful and nice. Only complaint is personal, gotta wear a mask. I'm not a big fan of it as a anti vaxxer🤠➰🇺🇲, but then again it's their business. 10/10 No Pain No Gain

Clean, open whenever I get the itch to workout. The equipment is in good working order. The dressing room is kept clean and the showers have plenty of hot water. Staff is nice and ready to assist with any questions. Trainer is knowledgeable and friendly.

As a new customer I didn't feel welcome. Front desk is cordial but not pleasant. As a first timer you expect someone to take on a tour of the place and the usage of the machine. But I was just given an app to download and I was just left alone yo injured myself in the machine. I am almost certain that I am not getting the fil benefit of the gym because I don't know if I am using the machine properly, although there are pictographs on the machine themselves

It’s always such a warm and welcoming environment. I usually go M-F (around 3 am) and the two men who work those hours are great. I mean really. They’re sweet as can be, always smiling, always cleaning, very personable, and so much more. Obviously 3 am is pretty dark out and it can be slightly intimidating but I ALWAYS feel safe here. I absolutely love going to this gym. Big shout out to y’all for being my escape from reality. 😎❤️

I have was a member for three years. Then Covid 19. I am back and loving it. Same as before clean, great staff, and the equipment is kept current and clean.I need some of the new machines to keep my personal physical therapy going. I smashed my left upper arm at 63 at 58+59 I had both knees replaced. It feels so good to be back in a extremely clean gym.I love the new app to click and learn how to use the equipment. Thank heavens for Planet fitness. I did not like any other gym and PT centers I went to.

Awesome staff!. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They ensure the facility is clean and safe for everyone to use. I love the fact that there are several cleaning stations throughout the facility; which promotes a clean and healthy atmosphere. I'm looking forward to next time.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable, and in the past have always maintained the facilities and equipment exceptionally well. And after almost a year away, I’ve come back and found that they’ve been doing even more to ensure our safety and cleanliness of the gym! Thanks to the team for always delivery the most quality and care at PF!

Good customer service, clean facility but the people who work there need to walk around a little more often so they can educate the people who don’t clean up after themselves when their finished using any of the exercise items. Otherwise, a good place to come and get physical.

Planet Fitness is a clean, quiet workout facility. They advertise as a judgement free zone, which is correct. I attend myself and enjoy the peaceful workout environment.
