Planet Fitness

The only planet fitness in the area so it is packed often. As popular as it is, it should definitely be a bit bigger and more spacious. There isnt a dedicated stretch room/floor mat exercise area which would be great. It is shared with abs rooms, which could use strengthing ab machines. The weight lifting area have a great amount of weights and sizes, however it could use a couple more benches. The equipment (tredmills, weight machines have rips) is kinda old and should be updated, but its great each one has its own tv and remote. Compared to the other PF gyms I have been to this needs to be updated to tend to the amount of guests they have. I do love it is 24/7 whereas other PF gyms may close earlier on Sundays. I now just tend to go late at night on wkdays or anytime on weekends when it is less busy and I can utilize everything.

Lots of equipment so you don't waste time waiting. Opens 24/7, so you can find always a moment to go. After your workout massage chairs and hydromassage bed make the difference. You can see TV meanwhile working or connect to a free Wi-Fi. Free parking lot available.

I had surgery in the beginning of june and went to planet fitness in person to bring proof. I told them to freeze my account for 3 months. I am physically unable to go into the gym period. These guys still charged me for june and still charged me an annual fee of $40. Nothing was properly communicated with me and they refused a refund. Honestly this company is just money hungry and only cares about charging people. I wont ever go back to another planet fitness again. Thanks for taking advantage of people like me.

A little chilly with the big fans but workout creates a lot of heat. Equipment is very unique and easy for me to use. Good atmosphere n workers are very courteous.

Been a member for a couple of years. Travel often and use Planet Fitness gyms up and down the east coast. The gym in Warner Robins, the staff harasses members using the treadmills. This location has a rule that if you are walking, you can only hold on to the handles. If you are using the incline and hold on to the top of the treadmill you get reprimanded by the staff. This has happened multiple times. Never had a single issue at any of the other Planet Fitness gyms that I use. I like the company and the gyms, but not the Warner Robins, GA location. Rude, unfriendly and overbearing staff. I go to the gym to destress and its hard to do with staff members pacing behind you while you are working out and reprimanding you while using the equipment. This location has no concept of being customer focused or customer centered. VERY Unfortunate. I expect the same rules at all locations for a franchised type of operation.

The customer service has been really awesome! I never see broken equipment like you do at other places, the weights stay in order keeping it easy to find them. They have a nice flow the way everything is set up and organized. Cleaning solutions stay filled and available as well as paper towels. Bathrooms are always clean. I appreciate this place a lot and have loved it so far. Thanks a lot!

It is a very clean facility. They have a trainer that helps you. lots of machines so you can always find whatever you want to use available. it is available for seniors on the Humana plan and for my son that's $10 a month if he would use it.

I'm in the middle on this one. Love the Staff, including Excellent Management, there. However; Air Quality in the Facility is Poor. I'm guessing it's because of the Tanning Booths. Even when inside, my eyes burn and it could be from the Glycerin and/or Glycol Substances in various Tanning Lotions. Being someone Allergic to VAPE and VAPE Related Products, it's, for me, difficult to breathe Inside. The Air Filtration System should disconnect from the rest of the Facility. People in Tanning Booths wear Protective Eyewear and they apparently have no Allergic Reaction to Tanning Product. Side Note, a Patron smoked a Substance, which caused me to contact Local Law Enforcement. She was searched however whatever she used, to smoke what made me quite ill, she disposed of. U had the Manager escort me back to where the person inhaled the substance and the Manager was immediately overtaken by the Fumes. I was assured that the person would not return to Planet Fitness, but, as you can see, things are in the Air at this location.I would be interested in Contracting with Planet Fitness, to Train the Staff on Measures, i.e. Security and Safety. I'd rather stay Retired, however, that might not be the Case. I like keeping me Safe!

I absolutely love this place. It’s my me time. I just wish I had more motivation to get there than I do. I always feel so much better after I go. There is nothing I would change about this place. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you if they can.

Did not offer us a tour of the place. I was going to buy a black card & that seemed as if they were concerned about. Not our concerns. You need to find some better Customer Svc Rep. Thank you so much for taking your time to read this.
