biggest regret signing up to to this gym the workers are unfriendly and very unprofessional. I didn’t feel comfortable working out on my first day there were some men there staring at me, one of the guys held me down in the bathroom. I made a report and the workers said i was lying, i asked them to review the tape abd they didn't want to. situation is now in court… cone to find out the men are related to the worker.

The absolute WORST gym ever. For some odd reason its okay to be stalked and punished for being a victim. I would NEVER recommend this establishment, nor even to my worst enemy. I care about them that much. Poor management as well. The guy has no communication skills. He's a jerk.

I love this gym it's SO much bigger on the inside and nicer than it looks from the outside. If you like to work out without others around you theres a floor for you and if you like to work out around others there's another floor for you. Minus one star for shower drains remaining clogged.

My good friend was being harassed and recorded it happening the entire time. The gym cancelled their membership for recording a potentially dangerous and life threatening situation. They don’t care for their members and have little to no concern for safety. I would NOT recommend!

If you want to be followed by the creepy old guys in this gym and then have your membership cancelled (without a refund) because you protect yourself, by any means sign up! Management is rude and extremely unprofessional as well.

They will cancel your membership rather than protect you. You’re being harassed in a gym and they cancel your membership, where is the protection in that. Not a safe place to work out at.

Immediately No!! The nerve of Management to call a member that was being stalked and harassed as we clearly see in the video and to tell this member they are in the wrong for protecting themselves and the rudeness during the call was ridiculous no empathy do not give your money to this gym!!! They don’t mind you being stalked by the members!!

Very friendly front desk staff and cleaning staff. Location is well maintained (cleanliness and equipment). The location can get crowded especially during rush hours (around lunch and at the end of the day). The other WSC nearby shutdown so their members automatically transferred to this location. Bathroom/lockers may be spotty at times but it depends on the time of the day.They offer membership discounts if you sign up in person (just a warning regarding the annual fee- they cannot waive it).

Infested with roaches they do not clean! Also do not care about the safety of others. I heard the audio on a viral tik tok video of management being very rude terminating someone that was getting stalked! Refused to refund his remaining membership. So they are also thieves…great

Very discriminatory and not safe! They do not protect their members and terminate their memberships with no just cause and without refunding them! Do not waste your time not money supporting this gym! Management is Disgraceful and disgusting! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING!
