Seems like the staff favors inappropriate behavior and protects stalkers. Management is extremely unprofessional, rude and toxic. Your safety will never be their priority, but your money surely is. DO NOT sign up for this gym. The behavior displayed by the staff is absolutely disgusting. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This gym disregards the safety of its members and instead punishes them for taking precautions of their own safety. A recent member had just posted an interaction on social media of how he was followed by a man throughout his entire visit. The man would move to every corner that the member did. Even down to preforming intimidating acts by setting his belongings directly next to the member. WSC then decided that they would suspend the members membership for “recording and posting. & should have taken it to management” yet no actions have been taking on the predatory behavior of the man that was recorded. I can’t imagine how they would treat a woman in this same situation if this is how they treated a gentleman.

Was being followed and felt unsafe so I recorded it for my safety. Received a call saying that they were canceling my membership because I’m too overweight and that I’m not a good look in their gym. When I started asking questions, keeping my composure, management had an attitude and refused to refund my membership fees. I was just trying to be healthy and this outcome proves that they condone me being violated not only by other gym goers but management themselves.

I was in town three days for a conference and needed a gym to workout in… when we asked about daily passes the staff was super friendly and helpful in allowing me and a colleague to utilize the facility… I was able to complete all of my CrossFit workouts for the three days I was there. The facility was spacious and had everything we needed. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym home or those passing though on business. I’ll visit again whenever I’m in the area.

This club does not care about the safety and well-being of their customers. Your membership will be terminated if you vent about the gym on social media with no refund of your monthly payment. This gym is not safe If you are attending alone. If you do go to this gym, please go with another person so that you were not followed around the gym.

Super unprofessional!Watched a video of a man being harassed, and followed at this gym, and the management terminated his account without a refund, FOR DOCUMENTATION OF THE HARASMENT!I fly around alot, and always need good gyms to go to, now that I've seen how they treat their members, I'll never step foot into their gym.

Completely unprofessional establishment with horrid conflict resolution skills. Saw a man online who recorded another man following him around the gym for his own safety only to be met with HIS membership being terminated. He was never given a courtesy call to first explain the situation or explain himself. They simply terminated his membership and met him with a very rude and hostile call from management despite him being the one who was uncomfortable from being followed by another member.

Unprofessional management! Doesn’t cater to there members one bit. Also a man was being stalked and preyed at this club and there reaction is to cancel the person membership who was getting stalked! Super weird don’t recommend this gym at all if you are recommending just read the reviews they should answer your question for you..

They will cancel/terminate your gym membership for recording a person that is actively following you and for sharing the video with law enforcement and/or social media to raise awareness. In my opinion this looks like they are enabling stalking, harrassment on their premises, and promotes a hostile/unsafe workout environment! please choose a better gym for your workouts!!!! run, dont walk away from this establishment!!!
