This gym is very unprofessional. This man was getting followed and he recorded for his own safety and the gym terminated his membership without a refund. The manager was also very rude and nasty. So they don’t care about anyone safety!!!!

terrible! This one star is HELLA GENEROUS! A man was recording someone who was following him and feared for his safety. Because of this recording, this gym terminated his membership. Terminated his membership without repayment for the previous month! This gym has no concern for their members and their safety. Horrible. 0/10.

It’s funny how businesses who allow patrons to stalk and harass other patrons thinks it’s ok. And that the world wouldn’t see and call you out on your shadiness!! You’re cancelled, fire the employee who revoked and didn’t refund the patron who very much was being stalked or go out of business. Simple really.

If you’re being harassed and you decide to record and post for proof you will have your membership terminated. The manager is VERY rude and they will keep your money

Apparently if you record yourself being followed around this gym this management team terminate your membership instead of addressing the safety issue. I only wish I could give this place zero stars because clearly customer service and customer safety is nonexistent here.

You guys honestly don’t even deserve one star for the management actions. There is a video released on tik tok by @trellthetrainer literally being followed !!! and his own safety he decided to record when he was getting followed. Management then decided to ban trell and not ban the person that was basically harassing the young gentleman. Not even giving trell his money back from the current month either. There has been other people that have complaints about not only trell’s issue but personal experiences they have had as well.

THIS GYM IS NOT FOR BLACK PEOPLE. They are racist and disgusting here. If you are a person of color they will treat you like trash until you leave or find any reason to terminate your membership. Go to equinox instead.

They need to fire management. my friend is being followed and records for his own safety and instead of kicking the stalker to the curb they suspend the person being stalked and refused to refund him although he is no longer allowed to attend the gym. Just stealing money at this point like no goodbye

What an absolutely great gym and the manager Juayla is a professional and excellent service provider.The gym was well designed with good separation from cardio and weights, with speciality areas also for stretching and body weight exercises.Clean as well and no musty or stale oder - keep up the good work -Jimmy Khan

Got harassed at this gym a while ago and when I told management about it they gave me attitude as if I were an inconvenience. Like sorry I was harassed by another member?? They then decided not to do anything. Big surprise. Don’t recommend this facility at all.
