If you want to be followed by the creepy old guys in this gym and then have your membership cancelled (without a refund) because you protect yourself, by any means sign up! Management is rude and extremely unprofessional as well.

Immediately No!! The nerve of Management to call a member that was being stalked and harassed as we clearly see in the video and to tell this member they are in the wrong for protecting themselves and the rudeness during the call was ridiculous no empathy do not give your money to this gym!!! They don’t mind you being stalked by the members!!

Very friendly front desk staff and cleaning staff. Location is well maintained (cleanliness and equipment). The location can get crowded especially during rush hours (around lunch and at the end of the day). The other WSC nearby shutdown so their members automatically transferred to this location. Bathroom/lockers may be spotty at times but it depends on the time of the day.They offer membership discounts if you sign up in person (just a warning regarding the annual fee- they cannot waive it).

Infested with roaches they do not clean! Also do not care about the safety of others. I heard the audio on a viral tik tok video of management being very rude terminating someone that was getting stalked! Refused to refund his remaining membership. So they are also thieves…great

This gym is very unprofessional. This man was getting followed and he recorded for his own safety and the gym terminated his membership without a refund. The manager was also very rude and nasty. So they don’t care about anyone safety!!!!

Its not funny cool to feel stalked , but in a public gym .. Stalking can only go so far , however invasion of privacy was the main situation here. You pulled your phone out and recorded someone because you felt followed. I would have suspended your membership as well.

It’s funny how businesses who allow patrons to stalk and harass other patrons thinks it’s ok. And that the world wouldn’t see and call you out on your shadiness!! You’re cancelled, fire the employee who revoked and didn’t refund the patron who very much was being stalked or go out of business. Simple really.

If you’re being harassed and you decide to record and post for proof you will have your membership terminated. The manager is VERY rude and they will keep your money

Apparently if you record yourself being followed around this gym this management team terminate your membership instead of addressing the safety issue. I only wish I could give this place zero stars because clearly customer service and customer safety is nonexistent here.

You guys honestly don’t even deserve one star for the management actions. There is a video released on tik tok by @trellthetrainer literally being followed !!! and his own safety he decided to record when he was getting followed. Management then decided to ban trell and not ban the person that was basically harassing the young gentleman. Not even giving trell his money back from the current month either. There has been other people that have complaints about not only trell’s issue but personal experiences they have had as well.
