Highly recommend this anytime to anyone in the area. The frequently updated equipment is a game changer. The management is great and has even made workout recommendations to me. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I love working out at this gym. Dan my fitness trainer is very friendly and an excellent trainer. He keeps you motivated. I was very skeptical to join as i have never done weight training before, but he corrects your posture and teaches lot of techniques and new things. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is so knowledgeable and really has a passion for fitness and his members. He consistently makes updates to the gym that makes the gym more fun and more accessible. The gym is clean with a variety of free weights, machines, and classes. The owner promotes fun challenges to keep you consistent with your workouts. The owner runs the classes and is a personal trainer himself. The music is on point to keep you motivated and to enjoy your workout.
