I joined 2 months ago: The equipment is clean and top notch, instructors are real people (not exercise Barbie’s) that suggest challenges if you’re up to them, environment has a relaxed vibe, participants are of all ages and fitness levels. If you want to gain core strength and balance this is THE place!

I started pilates in June of this year as part of my marathon training and I had the intention to stop after I completed the marathon in September. However, I'm glad that I decided to continue pilates because it has improved my health physically and mentally in ways I did not expect. This was all made possible by the guidance and support I've received from the amazing instructors, especially Jenn, Stefanie, Brooke, and Sydney at Club Pilates in Brookfield.

I visited Club Pilates Brookfield for the free intro class hoping this was the low impact workout that would alleviate some pain in my joints due to rheumatoid arthritis (RA). I am 55 years old, a little lumpy and not a huge fan of going to the gym. When I walked through the door and was met by Lisa’s friendly smile, I immediately felt accepted and welcome. How does she do that all in one smile? Well, this place is pretty special on a couple of different levels. Most importantly, attending classes 3+ times a week improved my mobility so much I was moving easier and experiencing less pain. Being ecstatic about pain free movement sold me on the amazing benefits of Pilates but then my jeans fit better and dresses weren’t grabbing onto my rolls! Couple the physical advantages of Pilates with some of the most sincere, intelligent, and friendly instructors who really want you to succeed and get the most out of their class. Club Pilates Brookfield opened my eyes to a more pain free lifestyle I didn’t know I could achieve, in an atmosphere of encouragement and kindness.

What I love most is the variety of classes. You will never get bored! There is even variety within each class, no two reformer, cardio, barre, or TRX classes are ever the same. Teachers are detailed, enthusiastic and provide specific feedback so you know you're doing the exercises correctly.

Individual attention is given in a class setting. Great workouts with clear directions and guidance. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly! Studio is clean and equipment provides good strengthening, balance, and core work. Love my classes.

I love this place! They have noon classes to accommodate my busy schedule. I feel so much better physically and mentally since starting. I do unlimited and try to go 3 times a week. My body is definitely changing. Thanks team!

Can’t say enough about this studio. Lots of great energy, clean environment, friendly staff and plentiful array of class options and times. Love how I feel after working out and now my husband and a friend of mine enjoy these classes too!

I really enjoy the atmosphere, the instructors and the workout. It's a well run business whose management and ownership is focused on the customer. The instructors are professional, always add value to my workout, but don't take themselves too seriously. It's a very pleasant and worthwhile experience!
