I used to absolutely love going to this gym. I moved out of state for a year and have since moved back. I asked if Lifetime could honor my old membership and they cannot do it at the club level but encouraged me to call corporate. I understand that. However, when I called corporate they showed zero interest in helping me. They did not so much as ask my name, look up my previous membership, ask what club I was from, ask how long I’d been a member, ask about circumstances, etc. Evidently they do not want my business. The prices here have become astronomical. I used to pay $280 + tax for my family of 5 which was already pushing it but we justified it because of the value. Now the same membership would cost me $350 + tax. Evidently they are seeking a different clientele than myself. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and the disregard for my circumstances, but I guess they must not be hurting for members.

Clean, with a wide selection. Food at the cafe is great. Danny is the man!

Disappointing experience at the pool today! It's frustrating to pay a premium, only to discover that the pool slide is closed and the cafe has been inactive for a while. We even sacrificed another pool by using a guest pass for our friends to come here. It would be helpful if they could at least post this information on the doors.

The main facility is great, gym is huge tons of squat racks. Locker rooms are sizeable with a sauna steam room and a jacuzzi built into the men's and women's. Staff are kind people.Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because of how small the pools are. Pools are often the main reason you'd go to a place like this so its disappointing to see how small they are

You’d think it would be cleaner with how expensive it is. The floors are absolutely disgusting and the gym equipment hasn’t been wiped down and what appears to be weeks.

Former Life Time member here, a couple of concerns. First off they took away a perfectly fine half court of Basketball and replaced it with pickle ball. Basketball was the whole reason I was going there in the first place. With the amount of money LifeTime makes their is no reason their can’t be a separate court dedicated to Pickleball and for the soccer people of the gym their can also be a separate court for soccer maybe even double that one separate court for both but don’t take away any part of the beautiful Basketball court .The Covid hours suck 24/7 or at the very least closing at midnight should be a thing they should have brought back by now. Not closing at 10 during the week or 9 during the weekends. Lastly the personal training program, while I know it’s not a guarantee to see results after 3 months of working out you’d think that after spending $800 for those 3 months you’d make some serious progress but that wasn’t case and to top things off after what I thought I found a new friend in my personal trainer wound up not being a friend at all shortly after our sessions ended I did not hear from him nor did he say hi to me in passing.

This is the Peak of large scale gyms. It's literally everything one can ask for in one building. Cafe on the side, Spa and massage therapy in the back, hair stylist and kid's area on the right. Then the biggest pools and gym out back and upstairs. 💯 best gym for its price …
