Life Time

Such a beautiful and clean facility! The classes we've attended we well-taught with instructors who paid attention to the participants individually. The outdoor and indoor pools are delightful. The staff is spectacular and the amenities are great.

My fiancé and I are completely dissatisfied with the way this gym handled canceling our membership. We are travel nurses and will no longer be located in Wisconsin. I notified Lifetime Brookfield, in person, at the end of July we will be taking an assignment in a different state (didn't know where at the time) and we didn't know if there would be a lifetime there. I was told the best way to go about this would be to put my account on hold until I find out where we will be going and then when we find out, call lifetime brookfield to either cancel (if there wasn't a lifetime by our location) or un-hold our membership. I spent about 20 minutes talking to the employee and asking questions to get this all figured out before we left Wisconsin. The employee told me she put a note in our account about everything we talked about so future employees looking at my membership would understand. Again, I was told I could just call and cancel or un-hold the membership.We finally find out where we are going and there is not a Lifetime located near us. Today, I call lifetime to inform them I would like to cancel my membership. Laura, the person I talk to about this on the phone informed me I need to come in person and cancel my membership. I explained to her what I was originally told that ALL I would have to do is call in and cancel my membership. She told me this is not the case and I need to either come in or deliver a handwritten note to the facility.I am disappointed that Lifetime employees are not all on the same page and didn't follow through with what they told me.

I love this place. So much to do. Good place for a vigorous workout or just to have a relaxing visit at the pool.

This is the most elite workout place! They did a fantastic job! A 5 star facility. Staff is very friendly and the kid area can't be beat. I'm so happy we joined.

Almost every single member was not wearing their mask properly or had no mask at all. I spent about 2 hours working out here and did not see a single member or employee wipe down gym equipment. It is a beautiful gym, but I am disappointed at the lack of precaution for the current pandemic. I visited this gym as a guest and I plan to look elsewhere for a gym with members who are respectful and wear a mask.

Just opened, staff has been wonderful. If you don't know just ask! Great amenities I look forward to having this as my new gym, fitness club.

Great place to workout, and just be in general. I spend a lot of time here, and really enjoy all the amenities. The classes are great, and there's even a place to come and do work and eat. The price is high, but for how much i come here it's worth it and I get a great value for what I pay. They also have a lot of gyms all over the country, so I get access to great places when I travel. Highly recommend.

I am a personal trainer myself and enjoy going to facilities that give me all the toys I could ever want to play with. This Life Time location provides all of that and more!The staff is very friendly, especially their front desk staff. The overall layout of the gym is great because you can always have your own space. I never feel like I'm working out in someone's space or breathing someone's air. Additionally all of the equipment is state of the art and they take really good care of it. From the tile in the bathroom to the slam balls in the back corner, it's all clean.I'm also a big fan of how I can slam the heck out of the appropriate equipment in the appropriate areas.

Amazing organization to work for!! Super excited for the Grand Opening and for the amazing opportunity of being with a company that goes above and beyond to help people live a Healthy Way of Life!

This is a gym experience like WI has never seen. More space, more equipment, more services than any gym in this state. The children's services are expansive and delightful. The many pools can accommodate the dedicated lap swimmer and the splashing toddler at the same time. Get a massage, a haircut, and your nails done in the spa before they deliver your hot meal from the cafe directly to you on your way back to work.Not just a gym. An experience.
