I wish a could have the option to select negative points. This is the most unprofessional club I have ever interacted with. The Brookfield facility couldn't resolve my membership issue and redirected me to the Corporate office. Corporate office was very rude and not interested at all in solving the issue. Clearly they don't care about members issues.

Unfortunately, after touring the facility, decided not to join. Covid party here. 🤦 Very crowded and no masks. Just because we are vaccinated, doesn't make us invincible 😱 too bad. Found equivalent where people do wear mask indoors. …

Upscale fitness center with tons of amenities. This is the best and biggest LT Fitness I've been too and a member of over 4 years now. Visited today from out of town and was impressed of the facility and friendly staff.

Huge fan! As father of two boys under 10, I love the kids area and take my kids there almost every day. They are always very active there which is good for them, and I get 2 hours a day to work out and get a break from them which is good for me! The family membership is not cheap but worth if if you take advantage of the included child care and lots of included fitness classes and yoga.

Hands down the best gym in the Milwaukee area.... I would also say best chain nationally. Specific to this club the staff is always friendly and the club is clean. It’s unique in that it doesn’t have that stuck up feeling other gyms fall prey to. Highly recommended.

After being a founding member for the location I found the customer service as well as the cleanliness of the gym diminish extremely quick. While the facilities are newer the memberships are dramatically over priced with lots of hidden costs. The corporate structure does not make you feel valued and they are constantly trying to get you to spend more money. Lastly, their extreme lack of protection when dealing with COVID was apparent from the start. Despite the fact that I continued to pay the membership and requested better conditions for safety nothing changed. In the end they did not care about retaining our family’s membership and it simply was not worth the cost.

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed our experience at this gym. It's hands down the nicest one that we've ever been a part of - it's clean, there's lots of equipment, and the classes are fantastic. It has been our sanctuary during the pandemic.

Worth every penny. The amenities at the gym are great. They have plenty of equipment and machines to handle everyone during the busy hours. The pool is always nice. Locker rooms are clean. I LOVE that they have an area with a hot tub, steam room and sauna attached to each locker room for privacy. The staff is phenomenal, I work with Laura as my personal trainer. She's great! She tailors my workouts to my busy life and she's helping me change my lifestyle. I love everything about this gym. If you havent visited...you need too!

Honest review - first day in - will update soon.Positives -- beautiful club, lots of wow factor - staff seems very friendly-cafe fairly priced and seems to have a small but quality menu - I had a protein shake and it was very good- great selection of workout equipment and huge basketball court- locker rooms are like being in a luxury spa- outdoor pool amazingNegatives -- no EV Charging station for electric vehicles at such a high end place
