There truly is no place like Metroflex! The environment is so welcoming and friendly and everyone that goes there is willing to help out and answer questions. They prioritize their members and have the best staff possible that is knowledgeable and experienced in all things fitness. Not to mention, the art on the walls is so motivating and makes you want to be better and push yourself every time you're in the gym.Starting on a fitness journey can be intimidating, but there's no better place to do it than here. Everyone starts somewhere and all the members are supportive and encourage you to keep going and be better every single day. Walking in and seeing all the friendly faces makes my day every time, and I seriously can't recommend a gym more!

This is a 100% blood and guts gym that is a bodybuilder’s/weight lifters/ power lifters and gym rats ideal gym. The atmosphere is second to none. Awesome loud music that you can change on a jukebox style touch pad.My buddy and I were the only ones there on a Friday morning for almost an hour and for a hardcore gym is clean and has great equipment.Day pass is cheap and a great chance of pace to get motivated.Perfect use of the space they have and is a hidden 💎.Bodybuilder photos pictures all over, just awesome!5 out of 5

Love this place! 1st time here today and I HAD to join! Such a great gym for powerlifters and body builders but also good for those that just want to lift! As a powerlifter, I loved the vibe! And the manager who helped me sign up was so nice and welcoming:) ill be back Friday!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Metroflex - the equipment is really fun and they have a ton of machines and areas for cardio. The music is always super loud and energetic! However the way they handled covid was not great. No one wears a mask - even to enter or leave the gym and absolutely no one wears one during their workout or between sets. The employees don’t even wear one, and there wasn’t much available at all to clean your equipment off. I think the employees were supposed to be doing regular wipe downs, but I’d never seen that happen. The gym is usually REALLY busy and the machines are spaced extremely close to one another so it is impossible to stay away from other members. Overall, it is a really fun gym - actually one of my favorites, but I personally didn’t feel safe going here at all during the pandemic which was really disappointing. Hope to come back when it is safe to do so - in the meantime I would recommend going somewhere else.

This gym hits all the check marks. Impressive amount of well-kept equipment, motivating environment, exceptionally clean, and a fair price with no yearly contract. If you're looking for a gym that offers a high quality workout experience, you've come to the right place.

this Gym is unique and very friendly staff. the settings took me back in the days when I used go to my neighborhood Gym where I grew up. Healthy and awesome atmosphere to build muscles and look good.

Awesome little gym in Waukesha geared towards serious lifers. They have a small kitchen you can prepare your pre/post workout meals at.There is some unique equipment you won’t find at most other gyms but some of the machines are pretty beat up. They all seem to function correctly.Looking forward to seeing this place expand! Milwaukee needs a gym like this.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. As a bodybuilder, we constantly try to find an environment that we can thrive in. The music, the equipment, the decor, everything in here pushes you to that next level simply by being here. Not to mention the STATE OF THE ART POSING ROOM. it’s every bodybuilders dream. The owner and his wife are so kind and giving that it just makes this place that much more meaningful. I cannot and will not say enough good things about this location.
