My experience at orange theory Brookfield has been amazing I have truly fell in love with working out since starting here I love coach Jana’s class she has some incredible playlists that make you work hard and make it even more fun! All the coaches are great!

Best 60 minute workout! I love the various benchmark and specialty workouts. They allow you to track your progress and achievements. The app is easy to use and helps you track your progress.

The OTF set up is perfect for what works for me. The community, accountability and especially the coaches! One of the coaches that I absolutely enjoy and appreciate is Coach Riley. Coach Riley will push you to and encourage you to go past what you think you can do. She also makes the struggle fun :)Thank you OTF and Coach Riley for MORE. LIFE.

Riley is one of the best coaches at the Brookfield location. Music has been great the past few months, workouts have been challenging and make you push past being tired or sore. One of the best workouts I have ever done!

I can't say enough positive things about Orange Theory Fitness Brookfield. There's a wide variety/types of workouts offered throughout the day to meet whatever individual goals/interests you may have. These workouts change daily to keep things fresh and new. The coaches are amazing, not only full of energy and enthusiasm, but are there with encouragement and critique if needed to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Going to a place that offers group classes like Orangetheory Fitness/Orangetheory Fitness Brookfield can certainly be intimidating, but don't get intimidated you get to work at your own pace.If it is the first class or your hundredth you always have that sense of community. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and doing everything right. All the coaches truly care and let you go at your own pace and work with you to make sure you are doing your best and reaching all of your goals. All I can say is just try it.

I love that after 60 minutes, I get a great cardio in on the treadmill with an ever-changing focus that keeps it fresh and fun. And, I get a weight workout in that is challenging yet designed to keep me strong and fit for life's everyday movements. I also like that no matter your age or ability, the trainers/coaches are there to make it work for you! You only compete with yourself. No need to worry about how you compare to those around you.
