The employees here are incredibly rude please do never come here. The GM is also incredibly rude and unprofessional. The whole facility smells as well.

They need a lot more staff. Everytime I go there I see one staff member for 20 to 50 people plus customers calling. Today I was I wanted to get on a hydro bed or chair, which I pay for, she was on the phone with a customer no other staff member up front. Must been waited to get waited on for at least 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. I just did a arm's workout needed protein so I had to leave without using the hydro bed. I'm not happy. Well to be fair I won't say they never have 2 staff members but I still don't believe that's nearly enough to do all the things that need to be done etc etc

I only go there for there message beds lol and that's it but I do a little workout before I go on the message beds and chairs. The staff there are really nice and tell u to have a great workout and when u leave they even say enjoy ur day
