I would give him five stars if they were open 24 hours like their original plan was, they have really nice bathrooms, shower areas. their equipment is always clean and well serviced. And they always have staff that knows how to use everything.

Nice to be back to no masks. But have to say...... mens bathroom....horrible. sinks and counter top dirty. Soup dispenser empty. Has been that way last several times. Noticed no male employees so not sure if that has something to do with it.

Great place to go to workout in a judgement free zone. I have always hated going to the gym. But going here I don't mind it at all. Plus working out with my wife is a real motivator too!

This location is fairly new but has problems with leaks when it rains and the air conditioning drips onto a lot of the equipment. Staff does a decent job keeping it clean.

The equipment at this gym is very nice in general it is a very nice gym to go to and have a casual workout would reccomend for those looking to get back into or continue their fitness.

I love this planet fitness, it's clean the staff are great and 90% of the people follow the rules and wear a mask during these pandemic times.i like it so much I'm considering transferring my membership to to there from Burlington

I accidentally left my ID at the counter while checking in and I was impressed with the staff working there and them making sure I didn't leave without it! While clearing up getting my ID returned we realized there was an issue with my account and the details in the system and the staff were extremely professional and courteous while resolving the issue. Considering this was only the second time I've ever used a planet fitness and the fact that I was a guest and not a member they still made sure my experience was one of excellence and that I was treated with so much courtesy, I was truly impressed with their customer service! Lastly I'd like to say that the facility was impeccably clean both the equipment and the locker room and the entire time I was working out I constantly saw at least 1 or more staff members cleaning and cleaning well! If I could rate higher then five stars I would and I really wish I could remember the name of the staff member who worked with me so I could mention his awesome customer service in particular because in the world of technology today having customer service excellence has gone done the drain and he proved that people can still be good at helping others and showing courtesy!!!

Looked into this club mid December off of a friend's recommendation. I used to be a member at the Franklin location so I decided to give it a go.Since then I have gone at a variety of times, early morning through late evenings. The employees all seem very friendly when coming, going, or in passing. While I have not had the chance to personally take one of the classes, I've gotten to see and hear a few in session. The trainers always seem to be very involved in getting everyone going during those sessions.The gym itself is kept pretty clean, both the machines, black card lounge, and the locker room. The biggest issue I think I've seen so far is that there sometimes isn't paper towels at one of the bin locations.Overall a great experience and one I feel comfortable sticking with!
