I can’t believe that experience fitness gave away my personal data along with my financial data to planet fitness. Tried call planet fitness headquarters along with Waukesha branch to no avail. No one answers the phone at the branch store. They auto deducted a monthly payment with out my concent. I know others are not happy with this situation also. Bad taste in my mouth and haven’t even stepped in the gym yet.

Without my consent, I suddenly became a member of planet fitness, (xperience fitness just decided to transfer our memberships after they fired all of their employees and gave us all a day notice) They are totally different types of gyms. Basically no free weights and a "lug alarm" WTH!! I canceled our memberships right away, which was a waste of my time since I never wanted to be a member in the first place. Then a month later I start getting charged again. I called them, they saw that I had canceled our memberships, but didn't know why I was charged. Then they said that I won't get MY $ money (MY MONEY!!!) refunded for 3 weeks. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! Why should I have to wait for it. Because of all this mess and how it's been handled, I will never consider being a member in the future or recommending them to anyone.

Very crowded too many people on their cell phones sitting on machines and not working out I wish there would ban the use of cell phones in there I don't go to the gym to talk to people on my phone I go there to work out I do have to say it the most of the younger clientele

This Planet is a clean, modern facility located on the same lot as Woodman's. Both the fitness area and the locker rooms are spacious, which is accommodating because this location tends to be moderately to heavily busy.

I didn’t actually work out there, I just stopped in to get a refund when Xperience Fitness closed,but they have great hours and it was a clean environment with nice equipment. Nothing fancy, but not trying to be. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly that I actually considered looking into a place that I have mocked for years 🤷‍♂️. I heard that these clubs vary, but my experience at their Waukesha location though brief was all good 👍

This place does not answer their phone. The facility has billed me twice after being "transfered" service from xperience fitness closing and I have never agreed to be a member and have told them to refund me and remove me but it is 2 months now and still can't get someone to do their job... very poor customer service

Planet fitness is always spotlessly clean and the staff members are super friendly and kind. The equipment and weights are always maintained and in good working order. And they have plenty of treadmills so that even during peak hours you can still find one that's available. And you cannot beat the membership price! Love, love, love!

Honestly a really clean gym to go to with tons of equipment and machines for everyone. The staff is always super friendly. The best part for me though is the hours as I can pretty much fit a workout in whenever I need.

What's going to happen to the crowd Meter now that Xperience people is here and why is the company so tight lipped about what's going on

Equipment is very crowded, and there are minimal free weights especially when there are a lot of untrained people trying to work out.
