I love the heated therapy pool and large windows surrounding both pools that show the trees outside. My only complaint - the hallway floor near the entrance is mopped and wet an hour before closing. I've asked several times for the workers not to wash the floor until after closing. I'm afraid of slipping or of someone older falling. Most of the time there are no cones out warning members.

Been a member for almost 2 years and have simply had enough. There has been a total disregard for my many requests to at least have signs put up to prevent a mostly geriatric clientele from dropping, slamming and mostly misusing the many weight machines they provide. Spoke to no less than 4 employees who continue to pass the buck and say a "manager" will call me and provide a solution. Have yet to hear from Hannah or anybody else. That behavior, which they are condoning by refusing to deal with it, has gotten much worse over the past few months. Not even a sign! It's astounding how utterly toothless the management staff is to this issue. Buyer beware......

I've been going to West wood for many years. I used to use the gym but I found that I prefer the lap pool for my exercise. It's one of the best lap pools in the area. This past year has been a nightmare with the pool. If you plan on signing up to use the pool then keep reading. The pool is constantly being shut down for days at a time. Last year it was down a whole month. Now it's going to be down another month this year. On top of all that, the 9-5 management team does not seem to care about the members that use the pool during the after work hours of 5-9pm. They schedule multiple swim lessons simultaneously and also paid swim classes which reserve half the pool, or sometimes most of the pool. They "reserve" their lanes with these cute little cones and members are not allowed to swim in these lanes. You're lucky if you get to share 1 single lane on some days. So just a heads up for my fellow swimmers out there. I hope this place can return to where it once was where paying members can actually use what they want to use for exercise.

Paying for a pool usage and rarely getting to go because there's no pool due to power outages and issues with the pool system. The pool has been down more times, than it's been open this month

Good facilities but frequently sections of the club are shutdown for repairs. Preventive maintenance is not up to par.

So glad I switched my gym membership. The small increase in membership fees gives me a huge, CLEAN facility versus my previous gym. Clean is a big thing for me and they meet the bill. It seems to be a more mature gym. I haven't taken full advantage of everything offered yet, and there is a lot. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic pools, with a great shower and changing rooms and exercise rooms along with group sports. Great staff, friendly. Also a rehabilitation center for ProHealth Care Therapy Services which is Fantastic in it's own right. Incredible therapists who care about you and your recovery. Great compassion and information about your Questions, as well as giving you a good understanding about what and how to do what you need to do to get back to your life, as soon and as better as possible.

I have been going here for about 2 years now. It does have a full suite of what you should expect from a gym at this price. However, in my years of experience maintaining it seems to be a struggle for current manageme/ownership. Pool has been empty for weeks, elevator not working, steam room and sauna (at least on the mens side) seems like 25% of the month is down for some reason.

Disappointed in the managements decisions of this fitness center. I use to love this fitness center, however with little to no notice they have decided to close the kids club down. My husband and I have been members for 7 years and have been apart of this gym due to the fact they have childcare. Now the gym does not value its customers at all and has decided to terminate a service that A LOT of families\ members need in order to workout. My children love the kids club and have made so many friends and they are extremely sad. This is just very sad and disappointing.

I went here with a friend to use the therapy pool. It was great! The lap pool also looked like a great place to swim laps although we didn’t go in. The lifeguard was very friendly and the locker rooms were great. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place. I didn’t use the rest of the gym so can’t speak to that but if it’s anything like the pools and locker room I would guess it’s a good gym.
