Terrible customer service. do not sign up with them. We actually never signed up with them. We are from Indiana, my son was there to play college baseball this summer and only wanted to come for June and July! Paid monthly. they've been taking out a monthly payment since then! And then charged us for a sign up fee in October when we haven't even signed up. Now manager will not call me back, will not reimburse my $300 plus dollars. Have been trying for over a month to get someone to return my phone calls, getting the complete run around.. Terrible. terrible business practice. Owned by NBA player Alonzo Gee. It's sad that he's okay with running his business this way. Would never recommend this place to anyone. There are a ton of really nice workout places nearby where they actually care about their clientele. it absolutely amazes me that no manager is ever there. They work with weights where things can happen all the time. You're telling me no one of authority is there in case a situation happens. Not a very honest place. Would give this place zero stars if it allowed me to.

super nice gym with a great view! Not like your typical gyms where you check in and exist in your own bubble. This is the equivalent to a family gym, everyone knows everyone and are super friendly. Bonus perk is I've never experienced it being too packed to workout or having to share machines. Highly recommend!

This is one the nicest gyms I’ve been to in awhile. It’s always super clean, and all the staff are extremely friendly. I couldn’t be any happier having signed up from my membership. Such a refreshing change of pace coming from those big chain gyms like LA Fitness, that tend to be messy and over crowded. Tremendous upkeep and service.

New owner now - first thing he has done - effectively raise prices 10% or so by no longer giving members free protein drinks as a perk to members....This already was one of the most expensive gyms but its perks were what drew me there....not anymore as he begins to focus on just making more money...I'm looking elsewhere now and leaving this gym...
