I’ve been training with Dave and Amy since 2011 and I have to say it’s always been a great experience. What makes them so great is that they genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals in health and in training , it shows in the results. The gym itself has everything you need and is always clean and organized. The people that train there are all very nice and the place is always upbeat. This is NOT your average gym! Dave and Amy are both very passionate about what they do and you can feel it as soon as you walk into their facility. They tailor your fitness program based on your goals and your experience with working out. Love the way they work, love how genuine they are as individuals! I describe training at Fit & Psyched as "a new adventure every day"... it's always challenging and fun!!!! We've trained with Amy and Dave (3-4 times per week) for almost 2 years , and never repeated a workout.. it's crazy!! . I love it!!!

The first thing you noticed when you walked through the door is how clean the building is and the equipment is in working order. You are always welcome by name.Like in all gyms you are a member, but here you are family. That the feeling I get every time I'm here.I did my research in looking for a professional trainer, Dave and Amy by far beat out others. Both winners in past competitions. They know what it takes, very knowledgeable in their fields.Don't let age discourage you from coming out. I m 60 and feel great! The wife loves how I look, too.

Best trainers in Palm Beach! Definitely recommend training here, amazing location and great variety of training programs available. Dave and Amy are the best trainers I've ever trained with. 5 stars all the way!!

Dave and Amy are such amazing people. They bring so much more than a 30-60 min training session. It's a family here. An all encompassing gym. Whether you are a bodybuilder looking to compete, trying to loss weight, or just looking to learn how to train better they can do it all. I personally have lost over 40lbs with them and have made a total body transformation. The proof is on the website. Dave, Amy and the fit and psyched team have made a customer for life.

Dave and Amy are great trainers and good people. They helped me lose over 50 pounds in 5 months. I would not have been able to do it without their knowledge and encouragement. They are very inspirational and great motivators. Their studio has a great environment. They got me in the best shape of my life. You can't go wrong with Fit and Psyched.
