HEW West Palm Beach has exceeded every expectation. I appreciate the coaching, the concern and care about my well-being, and the constant challenge to push myself. The environment is upbeat, energetic and fun which helps me get through the workouts. Highly recommend.

AMAZING & ALWAYS FUN CLASSES!They are the best group of coaches one could want, they are motivating, encouraging and most importantly, non-judgmental. I love being a part of this AWESOME NEW HEW location, so glad they opened one by me. Well, if I could scream on here…. I definitely would!!! I love the atmosphere and motivation that comes with working out with all the motivational coaches here at HEW in West palm beach! Totally love the way it’s a huge family where there is no judging, just pure motivation to push each other to be a better self! Not only do we get an awesome workout, but I’m able to be myself! Always get a good sweat!!! Best way to clear your mind and destress!!!

I was a client here before I became a coach at HEWFitnessWPB, and I gotta say I honestly haven’t experience a culture in a gym like this one before.I coached for almost three years at a competitor boutique fitness gym before and loved my time there but when I joined this HEW it felt like home from day one. I knew I wanted to be a part of something like this, something bigger than myself and my career. These clients became my friends and family right away. We knew about each other’s lives and got to know one another more and more each day. That’s something I’ve never had in a gym before.When you go through something as tough as these workouts with someone else, there’s that moment where you just connect with one another in mutual suffering and come out the other end stronger and more fulfilled than when you came in. Strength doesn’t just show in muscles and speed, it shows in spirit within fellowship and HEWwpb provides that community everyone deep down craves. It’s the best part of my day, whether I’m coaching or sweating next to the people I now have a lifelong friendship with.

My husband and I have been trying out gyms in Florida for the last 7 years and HEW is the best by far especially WPB location! The owners are the sweetest humans along with all the staff! They make you feel right at home and are always cheering you on. I’d refer this gym 100000x to everyone!!!

Owners Blake and Talia have an effortless way of making people feel so at home with their constant love and support. Joining this gym not only gives people amazing results no matter what stage in your fitness journey you’re in but you have a community of people that actually care. HEW fitness WPB is like no other gym because when you walk in you’re home and you're surrounded by your family. In addition, the results you get from the nutrition plan and the workouts are the type of results you’ve probably always dreamed of and HEW WPB makes it reality.
