I haven’t attended the gym for 3 years since graduating high school and I started coming here with friends and I met Makoa and he helped me get into it. Super friendly staff great facility. Thank you guys!!

I’ve been going to this gym for roughly a year and a half now. The gym is always kept clean and the equipment is very nice. The staff members are very kind and considerate people. The environment is a lot better than most gyms and members are very respectful and easy going. I only truly have positive things to say to the owner and the people I’ve met at this gym. Fantastic gym!
