I have been a loyal member for over 8 years and had the worst experience with a clerk a this location.. terrible customer service and not only that trate to cancel my membership and she did with no reason… you guys do not need employees like this

I called to cancel my membership and was told I could not do it over the phone or via email which is a hustle. Chase Bank allows it but Planet Fitness doesn't lol. They make it difficult because they want to scam you. I cannot workout due to major surgery and I sent a letter as instructed and they are still trying to bill me. I canceled my bank account. The owner of the Forrest Hill location is a thief and runs a hustle. You will not get another dime from me. I did what I was told and you are still trying to hit me up for pennies. You are pathetic. GFY.

This gym plays some terrible loud music. Last visit, regeton with a lot of bad language and now music with a lot of cursing on all the songs. Is there anything better we can listen to, please??

Went in today to complete the 30 minute express and people were just in there doing the machines. I worked out around them as best as I could, however when I needed the last machine, I politely asked the guy could i just get in my last minute of my workout. Of course he wouldn't. Went to talk to the manager about it, he made it seem like he'd do something about it, but I watched him from the express room and he never left or sent anyone to deal with. So if you want to complete the express workout, don't bother.

It was clean and organized no broken machines and they had two of each work out machine. Thank God they had space for everyone to work out even when it was busy busy.
