Excellent attention and a quiet environment I love it I would just like them to improve the air a little and some machines that are not working and damaged apart are lacking a little cleaning

Great gym great staff love the plate loaded old school equipment… has something for everybody… beginner to advanced … plenty of parking east location to get to.

I am very happy with Rock I think they have the best workout equipment and I love the fact that they have metal weights everyone there is there to put I hard work not like LA fitness, also the staff does a great job keeping the place clean and there equipment looks like it gets serviced. I hope they put a sauna in the near future
