Rock Fitness has everything you could want in a gym. Very clean, great staff and great equipment. Gym culture is great, just people wanting to work out. Not showy at all or influencers. Great hours as well.

Great gym, great staff. Shouts out to my early morning crew. Dave’s always there with the doors open at 5am, tunes playing, ready for us early folks to get a pump in.

Solid gym. Very clean. Never overly crowded. Weights are kept organized.

A very special, human ( rather than franchise ) run gym! The best equipment put in the right places to be used comfortably and to optimal advantage rather than simply there to be seen and impress!!! Reasonably comfortable energizing decor and good, caring helpful staff if you need it. The bathrooms, equipment, walls, floors , even areas you touch on the equipment- are clean! The place smells healthy. This is an accomplishment!!I am trying to use my medicare supplement’s senior exercising benefit from united healthcare. UNC. - AARP just cannot get that together and keep their promise to have it done by last Friday. They have sent no call to me as was agreed. Rock fitness is on the UNC list for senior utilization. It cannot be used because UNC won’t issue any card or issue a machine that will process their numbers that only fit on their machine! So, i joined the gym at this point not having faith in united healthcare. The gym was very nice about it!

Rick has great equipment and a great team. Everyone is so nice and the gym itself is never too crowded so I am almost never waiting for a bench or machine.

Been coming to Rock Fitness for about 3 yrs now. I like the equipment and never have long waits for machines. The location is central to everything. Update 4/16/23: still a great place to work out.
