Chad and Thalia go above and beyond for every single member of the SED community. The focus they give to each patron is absolutely world-class. There are no shortcuts here and they hold you accountable in terms of dedication to your goals and proper form when performing your lifts. As a result of their contagious positivity and all-around baddassery, the members that call them Coach are no less welcoming, helpful and are an absolute riot. Sedulous is the best, super clean new facility with everything you need for a good workout. Chad is a great coach and takes the time to breakdown movements to avoid injury. They also have an in house stretch and cupping facility, T does great work there!

Chad and his team are outstanding!! They are always willing to help out. I Coach the Park Vista Boys Weight team and his team has donated many hours to help us out!! I would highly reccomend Chad and his team for training!!!

I've been training with Devin for two months. Her patience, knowledge, and teaching ability is helping my A1C drop to the point where I was able to stop taking one of my diabetes medications. My body is also undergoing an amazing transformation -- I am in the best shape of my life, and I still have a long road ahead of me. The environment is laid back, friendly, and right to the point. People are there to take care of themselves, no gimmicks or sales pitches, just training.

Great atmosphere, members, and coaches. Being completely new to not only the gym but to Florida as a whole, SEDulous has provided a family away from home for me that I am beyond grateful for.
