Nice facility for basketball tournaments. Admission was a bit too much at $10- per day for adults but overall the place is okay.

Initially came in as a guest and was surprised at the way the front desk staff spoke to me. I thought that as an individual considering to start a membership there that I would be spoken to respectfully and encouraged to join Hype. Instead, I was practically interrogated as if I was doing something wrong by the individual in charge of introducing people seeking membership. Horrible and rude service and this was only after one day of trying it out. Definitely not moving forward with any kind of membership at this unclean facility. Thankful to have had this experience as I am not going to waste my money on a membership here.

It is a nice place in general, looks good especially for the green area around it.. but I never like the customer service they offer.I imagine that in few years this will change since it is still a new place in the area.I joined them right after they opened back in 2012 . But when I became pregnant I quit.When I came back they wanted me to sign up with new contract and follow new regulations.I think that wasn't fair.There should be rules for such circumstances .
