Planet Fitness

I can't complain about this place. It is large, clean, plenty of machines, and decent prices. I am just not a fitness club type of person. I'm not comfortable here. But if you Are a fitness club type of person, you just might like this place.

Clean as a whistle. Some one is always vacuming, dusting and refilling paper and spray stations. They even clean under garbage cans and excercise machines. Cheerful staff, lots of machines to use. No crowds between 9 to 4

Thought the contract ended after 1 year.. to my surprise I check my bank on August 1st and they took 80$ out for annual fees. I called and tried to get reimbursed and cancel mine and my wife's account and we can only cancel, no reimbursement. Plus every time my wife and I went, we went late at night and the guy was never at the counter. We would wait sometimes up to 15-20mins for service.

One of the larger Planet Fitness' I've been to.Equipment is newer and in good order.Went on Sunday late morning/early afternoon and there was no waiting for any piece of equipment.Free-weight benches are limited and no bench press or squat rack - except for smith machines (thus the 4 star) but most/all of Planet Fitness' have the same [drawbacks].Locker rooms were clean. Showers seemed to be clean and in good order.Lockers in the locker room do not have locks, so make sure to bring your own.Other customers working out mostly seemed to be nice and many people clean the machines after use

Best Planet Fitness I have been too! They have newer machines, it's always clean. They recently added some water rower machines that I haven't seen at any other gym; they are fantastic cardio. Just can't give 5 stars for the fact it's a Planet Fitness and they only have smith machines.

I like this one better than the location by my house, it seems to have a little more variety in equipment. But as the staff goes it is very inconsistent and annoying. I went there one time and this guy at the desk scanned my card, (i do have the white card). And didn't say anything. Then the next time i go a female at the desk scanned my card and said i had to pay the 5$ so i guess its a roll of the dice who is at the desk. hence the inconsistency.

As fitness enthusiasts, this is our favorite gym in the area! It is huge and has a great variety of equipment - everything we need. The staff is kind, helpful and very hardworking. The place is spotless - someone is always cleaning and the management busts her butt to make sure her members have a pleasant place to workout and feel comfortable!

This is one of the nicest PF I have visited. With travel I have been to at least 25 locations. Great lay out. Lots of equipment. Separate rooms for abs, stretching and 360. You can do walking lunges until your legs crumble 🙌👍 …

Great gym. Brand new equipment. Even at busy times you can stil get on the machines you want. Always lots of staff working. Also the cleanest gym I have been in.

Absolutely blown away by the treatment I received from the midnight person at the club "Tamico". She was extremely rude and unprofessional and seem to have no concept of customer service. She seemed to be missing a little something upstairs if you know what I mean.I spoke to the maintenance man who was there and said that she frequently blows up on members and cannot multitask and when she tries she seems to have anxiety and nervous breakdown at timesDuring this busy time of year when there are a lot of "resolutioners" join the gym perhaps a bit higher level of staff from 11pm-1am would help as she seems unable to handle multiple people or tasks at onceI am a black cardmember and she continually refused to provide simple services to me that are part of my membership. All I wanted was to get tokens for the chair massage and she made it a point to continually ignore me and refused my request in front of other members saying that I need to stop bothering her and go work out. I had already been at the club for approximately an hour and a half and had finished my workout and only want to do use a chair massageShe actually called Westlane police which I couldn't understand why and when they arrived extremely promptly, I told them that I was a black cardmember and all I wanted was some tokens for the massage chair the police asked her if that was true and why wouldn't you provide services to this man. Anytime I try to answer the officers question she continually cut me off even in front of these police in an aggressive manner that could not be confused with customer service. There was no reasonable or justifiable explanation so she handed me my tokens and told the officers to have a good night and they left. Very disturbing. It was like she wanted to exercise power and unreasonable control over a very basic request and attempting to pick an argument with me and play a victim at the same time. In this economy where Jobs are extremely plentiful I can understand it's difficult to find someone to work the midnight hours(as I was told by another staff member) yet I think there's a reasonable expectation of extremely basic level of service and that was certainly not provided by Tamico. My guess is that Tamico will probably be looking for employment somewhere else soon or atleast I hope, for the gyms sake and the customers as well. After I got confirmation that this is not uncommon behavior of hers, one can only hope.I have had countless positive interactions with numerous staff there at this location who work the regular hours and it pains me to write this review although after the way I was treated I felt that it was reasonable and that you should know
