Everyone was very nice except for this skinny caucasian female who screamed and was very rude to my girlfriend and I. She was upset cause my girlfriend wanted to tan after I did. She was zooming around the place at full speed complaining over something so small in front of everyone as loud as possible. Made everything very uncomfortable. Probably not coming back to this location.

Despite being a black card member for about a year now. when I came to the gym to take a shower before work they said that they couldn't find me in their system and that they couldn't let me shower. I had to download the app. In my new phone after which I didn't have enough time to shower before I went to work so now I have to stink even though I'm paying his company money not to stink.

Planet fitness is great. The rules prevent most bad gym behaviors. It is a good workout place for those who just want to exercise or use some medium sized weights. The staff is very polite, no attitude. I appreciate that they work during the pandemic.

Crystal the Assistant manager is so rude and condescending ill never step foot in there again! I left the gym so upset, people usually go to the gym to relax and unwind, but Crystal makes that experience Opposite for me!!!she really is very unprofessional, instead of calming me down after upsetting me and touching MY belongings she asked me if i wanted to cancel my membership! Every other gym is fine I’ve NEVER HAD A PROBLEM!

The place is nice. The staff are warm and welcoming. The clientele are courteous and keep to their own. The machines aee in great shape and cleaned regularly by both patrons and staff. And the locker rooms are nice and clean. For a guy trying tonlose a few extra lbs or trying to get to their goals period its a great place to work out.

No complaints so far . Helpful staff and hardly any crowds before 7 am. Good spot for a peaceful workout

Good gym. Always open and clean and everyone keeps to themselves, the red light therapy thing confuses me but oh well , these six pack abs didn't come from the gym being bad

I love this place. I go here 3 times a week. Not super crowded at times. The staff is friendly the gym is very clean.

Staff discriminated. I was a member since two years and used to go 2-3 times a week. They never told me that I have to put my jacket in the locker. I keep it with me while exercising as many people do. All of sudden one day they ask me to put my stuff in locker. I requested a waiver for just one day and I would bring the lock from next time. They denied and forced me to leave at the same time few other people had their back pack/ jackets with them on the machine and staff did not tell anything to them, even after I pointed out. Racist!!!

I would just like to say that Crystal waa amazing. From the time walked in the door she was very accommodating. She was very pleasant and professional. Thank you Crystal you made my visit on Friday very welcoming.
