GOOSE and RENEE ARE SERVICE GURUS!When it comes to service at this Planet Fitness, GOOSE & RENEE are STELLAR.As an urban-appearing Black man, some of the staff look at me, and don’t say a word when I come in to the club. They stare at the computer, and hope to see that my membership is not valid. Once my membership is validated, they stare stupidly at the screen.But NOT GOOSE OR RENEE! They both greet me every time that I enter the establishment, and they both do so with a HUGE smile.They are friendly with all of the guests, as is the General Manager, whom I had the pleasure of speaking with late last month.The club is very clean, and never overcrowded, making it the perfect place for your after work workouts!Keep up the amazing work Goose and Renee! I commend you two for not being a racist, like the tall slim woman with glasses who NEVER speaks to Black people.

Prices are good, everytime I go people are spaced out, wearing masks, I see staff going around cleaning machines. Staff is semi friendly.

Went for membership information was given flyer and cost explained to me asked for tour of facility was told that they would have to fill out info on computer to give us a tour seems like a strange way to get business

I have been a member @ Westland for 10+ years and have been bringing my grandson.who 1comes with his parents. This time we were turned away, this new guy said we couldn't because he is not 18. When I joined the age was 17 17

Very clean during the pandemic, not very busy. Super friendly staff and newer equipment. The hydromassage is awesome!

Love it love it love it love it staff is great all the things you can do for the monthly charge are unbelievable tan everyday hydro massage therapy chair which by the way is out of this world massage chair classes all the equipment 24 hours a day for under $30 a month to no brainer people

I overheard Drake the manager of the club being rude to a club member because he accidentally logged himself out of his a PF mobile app. I feel like he greets particular members with sarcasm and discrimination. If you ask me I don’t think he’s the right fit for a “judgement free”place like planet fitness. It aches my heart to have to write this review. 😞

To me, it’s the best PF I’ve been to. I like the staff and they’re always friendly and welcoming. I literally drive further to this location just for the enjoyment and I love how much bigger this gym is compared to the other locations.

I am long term planet fitness user and I moved in town recently. I was checked several planet fitness locations in the area and I decided to transfer my membership to the Westland location. I picked this location because the bigger size facility that I compare with other locations. The facility include the bath room and locker rooms are always clean, and less clouded which I like less contact with other person and keep proper social distance while I am working out in this current pandemic situation.
