Pros- plenty of equipment to work out on, friendly staff and good size locker room/bathroom.Cons- Super busy in evening (difficult to get a good work out in), trainers can be pushy trying to get you to sign up the $360 a month training program and bathrooms are always dirty with no ass gaskets and I'm not sure if ppl at this gym know how to flush a toilet.

Good gym... very busy in the 5-7pm hour... good energy... friendly staff

Certainly a beat up gym as far as amenities go but if all you care about is training, the place is well above average.

great facility... love the high ceiling and their basketball court... restrooms can be a little cleaner

Bathrooms are disgusting and dont work. Steam room and sauna can really use a remodel. Overall this facility needs a major remodel.

Great place to get workout. But girls here are a little flirty tired of living in thwir homeless shelter or something. Its sometimes hard to get a good workout and eat bbq afterwards

Very unhappy with personal trainer options. My trainer is okay but he's new and not yet (after six weeks) listed on their website. Website does not offer any option to rate the trainer or switch to another trainer. Ugh...Not happy with NO options. The latest slap in the face by this center is that our cardio mix teacher (of 11 years) notified management more that two months ago that she was leaving. Management did absolutely NOTHING and as of Dec 5 we have had NO cardio classes!!! Not even a temporary substitute was contracted. Nothing...

Place is always dirty. I only come because it is close to my house. The 110 lb dumbbell has been broken for 6 months. So if you want to chest press 110lbs go to the long Beach gym. The long Beach gym on spring and bellflower is much better.

Adequate. The place is pretty unclean. Equipment is always broken. Bathrooms and locker facilities are just plain gross. The TV often don't work. Unfortunately it's the only convenient gym in the area. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. At least it's a gym.

I always seem to have issues with this location. From them signing my membership up under my mother, making her primary account holder and reaping the benefits of adding someone under the account ( now let's make it known that I am the primary holder who came into this club to then add my mother UNDER MY ACCOUNT NOT START A NEW ONE WITH ME UNDER HER). As I am unable to even add my husband to my account now. And not to mention the annual fee that pops up within 30 days. So you basically are paying some form of initiation, which is fine and all... If they actually mention it. But hey, we do agree and sign those contracts with the extra long terms and conditions that the average being will never take the time to invest on a simple, or what seemed to be, task of adding to a gym. Then, yesterday I called and was told I owed for one month. Today, I come in to realize I owed for this month as of midnight. I kindly explain how irritated I am of the miscommunication as I just spent an hour walking from home to this gym with a good mind I would be working out. After I pay for the amount I was told over the phone initially, which was a months due, I was not even offered the opportunity to work out at least for the hour as I had planned. What loyalty does a club care to show to their customers? I have been a member for over some time now and even fight friends asking me to join their clubs. But seriously, I am so disgusted by a lack of appreciation to those who keep you around, as we do appreciate you, at least I DID. And as I just spoke to customer service on the main line, I was told my screen was green and I should have been allowed access to the gym.... Afterall, I was 7 hours past due not 7 days!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!
