InterestingDoing e exercise videos in a sauna.Negatives are for floor exercises you areooki g up at the screen in unnatural position.Bit the videos are good

My reluctance to the idea of hot yoga in an infrared sauna was quickly replaced with a new found appreciation for how quick and convenient a great workout can be. Clean studio with friendly and passionate new owners. Love it!
