Head Coach Duane Ludwig is a Colorado legend and a super knowledgeable instructor. He has a passion for teaching like nobody I've ever seen. All of the instructors are top notch. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

My experience here has been amazing! I feel really lucky to have had opportunities to train here. From the first second I walk through the door I know I’m somewhere special and feel a positive energy, and a community that has carried the tradition and values of the martial arts. We came for a weekend drop in class. The dojo was extremely welcoming and the entire staff made us feel at home. A world class training facility with a rich fight history. Highly recommended!

Duane is super nice and a complete savage in the same package. He was very helpful to me (the new guy) while doing Muay Thai mitts. New or experienced this is the place for you!

My daughter and I love this place. Finally found something we both enjoy and can do together in the same day. The coaching staff is great and teaches respect and good discipline. It feels good to be part of a team again. My first day everyone in class made sure to congratulate me on how good I did which felt good because it's been a long time since my wrestling days and being on a team. I highly recommend this place. We will not be going anywhere other than here
