Finally got to visit HQ! Such an awesome time training here. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you’re local and not training here you are definitely missing out. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Being able to train at the Bang Muay Thai Headquarters is an incredible experience. You will leave feeling more knowledgeable in the arts due to the high level of instruction in you get. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested training Muay Thai

Been training here for a few months now, and my experience has been nothing but incredible. Love the energy and atmosphere all around. Also, I like that several coaches, including head coach Ludwig, are present during every class and help you with your technique, almost like getting a private lesson. Would highly recommend it to anyone, regardless of your skill level.

I am never disappointed when I leave here. Even days when it was hard to get out of the house, I never regretted going and always said how much better it makes me feel. As someone who has come in with no experience whatsoever, I felt the time and energy the instructors spent on every one and how they were so patient with beginners as well as giving those with more experience a workout!Since this is a hub, there are also a lot of people that come through from all over and I was even able to do kickboxing in Seattle with another Bang Muay Thai affiliate by partnering with someone here! I think it’s an amazing place and super glad I found it!

10 out of 10 would recommend to literally anyone. Whether you’re a serious active competitor or just have a general interest in starting your journey in martial arts..this is THE PLACE to do it. As a former competitor, a coach and lifelong fan of martial arts I have traveled and trained in various places..this was hands down the absolute best experience I have personally had thus far along my journey. Sensei Ludwig has developed one of the most expansive, unique, versatile and realistic systems I’ve had the privilege to be introduced to. His passion, sincerity and authenticity are second to non. When you sprinkle that in with an incredulous resume in and around the Fight world the possibilities for the martial artist learning under him are endless. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and ideal for learning. Every single person I interacted with were friendly, accepting and eager to help spread the love and knowledge of martial arts to all. Can’t wait to make another trip out to train again at the HQ again. OSU!
