The people at front desk did not tell me about the annual fee. I found out that when my payment was going through. Let’s just say that the extra amount was not well received when I got home. I told them about it and they never fixed this.

Planet fitness at 120th and Sheridan is full of all kinds of chaos. They had a good manager but she is no longer there. They have these boys working there who are rude, never clean up anything, just sit behind a desk and are lazy. That is a very bad atmosphere and bad place to work out.

The new people are constantly on their phones, rude, and super unhelpful. Its unfortunate because this was my favorite location.

Really good beginner gym, The staff here are extremely nice, and it is not too crowded at all. I would recommend this gym for people who likes machines more than free weights but other than that, I enjoy this gym a lot.
