Jenna needs customer service training. I was charged a late fee for their system error. She refused to fix it and when I asked for a manager, she refused that as well.

Workers here are a joke. Well some. I was just breathing and the lunk alarm came on. My first alarm out of ALL the other Planet Fitness I go to. I knew they press the button. I was going to drop my weights and storm out but, I just finished my workout. I did not yell or scream... just breathing. I don't recommend going here because sometimes the workers can be very rude, the lunk alarm will go off on you, and they don't have much workout machines like the others. I would recommend going to the Planet Fitness on Wadsworth. Even though this place is new. It will also give you a bad or maybe good experience. Don't go here and go to any other gym. Also shame on this gym for not being a not a 24 or 23 hour gym like the other Planet Fitness.

This gym is what a gym would look like if designed by Salvador Dali. The entire gym is odd. Nothing is where you would expect it to be or where it should be. Even the locker rooms are designed so oddly you could get lost in them. The entire gym layout is bizarre.There is a tiny stretching area with little room for stretching. The free weight area is too small and the futuristic benches are a pain...if you lay on your side on a bench to work your rotator cuff you will continually bang the dumbbell against the futuristic Daliestic bench. Who designed these?The weight machines, and cable machines, are like something out of a futuristic torture chamber....you have to make a hundred adjustments to use any weight machine and they never feel natural or comfortable. Do we really need the weight machines in lbs and kilograms? For my next set I will do 73.23lbs. Ridiculous! You can also feel that the tension on each machine is incorrect.The cardio machines.....cheap!I have never seen a Planet Fitness as odd as this one. Furthermore, I have been in hundreds of gyms and this is the oddest, and most pointless, I have ever seen. No wonder the gym was nearly empty and the few patrons were either struggling to adjust the weight machines or lost in the locker rooms.

The general manager is rude and the location is dirty and unkempt. I would like to speak to someone about this horrible woman and her lack of professionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would.Go to ANY other location

They will blast you with fees & cancelation is a saga of wrong information & intimidation tactics. No more gym contracts for me.
